I went to Enfold theme options > Privacy and Cookies > Cookie Handling and enabled “Show advanced options” and then chose to reload the page after clicking accept/reject buttons and it showed up on my end. Attached a screenshot in private content field. Could you please try once again and confirm?
Please make sure cookies are enabled on your browser settings as well :)

A few releases ago (4.7) we added a unique timestamp to the merged filename because when updating the content of a CSS or js file or of Custom CSS option without changing theme version the generated hash for the filename remained unchanged and browsers did not recognize to reload the file but used the cached version instead until this cache expires – means the changes are not visible to visitors.
The problem you have is server related. It seems that your server is caching WP database options and returning that cache instead of the last updated values.
As we save the generated filenames in WP database options Enfold gets the wrong info that the merged files do not exist and therefore creates new ones on every pageload.This means that each created file has the same filename and overwrites the already existing one until your server returns the correct DB value that the file exists and Enfold can stop creating new files.
If your other sites are using the same server configurations, you will probably have the issue once you update those sites. In that case, please simply disable timestamps – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/optimization/#troubleshoot which is “the fix” :)

It is actually visible in your screencast as well. Please see my screenshot in private content field and note the link in address bar. You can see that it happens each time you check/uncheck the option.
Also, it seems like your Matomo cookie was set with “SameSite=None” but missing “Secure” attribute. Please see – https://web.dev/samesite-cookies-explained/#samesitenone-must-be-secure

The problem site runs with version 4.7.4 I have other sites that run with older versions, with which there are no problems.
I meant the other sites you mentioned here must be running Enfold version older than 7.4. In case you experience the issue on those sites as well, please simply disable timestamps in Enfold theme options > Performance tab – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/optimization/#troubleshoot

You can find Page Content element under Content Element tabs of Advanced Layout Builder – https://imgur.com/a/s9YaUwI. You would need to create a page or post with your content and then choose to display that page or post in Page Content element. If you need to make changes, you can simply make the changes on page you are using to display as content block :)

That issue usually occurs when there is broken HTML on the page. Please make sure to open and close your HTML tags properly. You can also try to set shortcode parser to auto repair function – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#shortcode-parser and update the page. If that does not help, please start a thread and share WP admin logins in private content field so we can look into it :)

Have you cleared cookies before checking?
I just logged into your website and checked initially stored cookies and there are only WP and PHP related ones. Attached a screenshot in private content field.After accepting cookies, Enfold’s cookies are also stored. I tested on a private page. Could you please elaborate a bit more so we can make sure that we are on the same page? :)

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask them for the purchase code and an Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a ThemeForest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a ThemeForest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who do not buy the theme on ThemeForest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.
