    Hi there,
    just updated to WC 4.0 and noticed that the grouped products does not work, however the single products linked to that grouped product still work.
    A conflict of plug-in has been rolled out – tested with a WP standard theme – works there!!

    Whats exactly not working is, when I want to increase the amount any of the single products whithin this grouped product (specifically the + button) it just doesn work, because instead of showing an amount number (1, 2, 3 items) it displays a ‘NaN… whatever that means.

    the updating it self was no problem, same as database update…
    I just made a copy and uploaded this to a different host, different Php Version (Php 7.4.2) – same error…
    So I guess this must be something in ENFOLD shop code…

    anyone experiencing the same problem? Any ideas?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately?

    Issue seems to be related to Enfold’s quantity buttons. I will report the issue to our devs. I could reproduce the issue on my local installation and after saving woocommerce-mod.js file, it started working correctly.

    Thanks for the info, however Editor is missing under Appearance tab. Could you please post FTP logins as well so we can access theme files?

    Same issue here. It’s only on grouped products. The individual products pages are fine.
    Please fix asap!

    Hey,

    Please go to /enfold/config-woocommerce/ in Appearance > Editor and replace the content of “woocommerce-mod-.js” file with this one – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_4/woocommerce-mod.js

    Please make sure to disable JS file merging and compression in Enfold theme options > Performance tab, flush cache and refresh your page a few times. After confirming the fix, you can re-enable file merging.

    Fix will be included in upcoming version :)

    I already reverted the website to the previous version because the fix didn’t work, so there’s not much use in accessing my site through the admin panel since it is in a working state. Could you recommend another fix regarding the broken grouped products? The images all disappeared when I tried the fix described above. The only reason I am trying to upgrade is because the website is very slow despite the fact that my website seems optimized according to optimization calculators online. Please visit the link in the private section and recommend a solution. I won’t bother with the update if it won’t fix my speed issues.

    Hi,

    Your website is not slow on my end. I tested it on GTMetrix and Google PageSpeed Insights.
    I believe the issue you had when you applied the fix was related to Autoptimize settings. If you do not mind sharing admin logins on your thread – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/grouped-products-impossible-to-increase-single-product-using-button/, we can gladly look into it :)

    Thank you for your response, if the website is not slow, in your opinion, than I do not care about updates. Anyway, the fix will be gone, the next time I update to a new version of the Enfold theme.
    Do you plan to correct this issue in the next release of the Enfold updates?

    Same issue here! Grouped product quantity + or – show “Nan”. I have to revert back to a previous version of WC in order for it to function. Thanks for your help! fixing this issue would be quite helpful in the next update.
