Hi Peter,

Thanks for the update and login details. I’m not able to reproduce the problem on first load, but I am able to reproduce it after I reload the page. I’m not sure exactly why this is happening unfortunately, I do see that you have lazy load enabled in your Smush plugin though, what happens if you disable that? You could also try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance, to see if if that changes anything.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. If you are on the page in private for example, then you have a link going to the home page in the breadcrumbs. If that is not enough then I would recommend that you add an additional menu item in the main menu, which links to your home page.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Also please try to describe what is supposed to happen when repeating the step. Note that our theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins, and our support is limited in cases like these.
