RikardHey JantienM,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can have a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You are running version 4.6.3.1, and the latest version is 4.7.6.4, please try updating to that. Also make sure to clear the cache from your caching plugin, or disable the plugin temporarily.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m guessing this problem happens on the backend, correct? If so then please include admin WordPress login details in private, and describe exactly how we can reproduce the problem you are having.

RikardNovember 21, 2020 at 6:45 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder – Featured Image in Blog Post does not display #1261898Hi,
Thanks for that. I tried updating one of your posts, but I get this error message:
Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.
I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Please try updating your PHP version to 7.2 or higher first of all, to see if that makes any difference. Also make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t make any difference then please try to disable all plugins to see if the problem goes away then.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having? Also, what is the code you posted supposed to do? You could try to replace all ” characters with
"and all ‘ characters with
'to see if that works.

RikardNovember 21, 2020 at 6:10 am in reply to: Masonry posts fails to load when using advanced layer slider #1261890Hi Peter,
I can’t see the elements in question on the page you linked to, could you create a test page so that we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Oliver,
Please try replacing the first block with this:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .home .caption_bottom .slideshow_caption .slideshow_inner_caption { bottom: 250px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHey premedia,
Please try this CSS instead:
p.form_element input.button { padding:15px 45px; background:#FCE228; color:#232323; font-size:16px; font-weight:bold; border:1px solid #232323; cursor:pointer; -webkit-border-radius: 3px; border-radius: 3px; margin-top: 20px; } p.form_element input.button:hover { background-color: #232323; color: #FCE228; border:1px solid #232323; }If that doesn’t work then please post a link to where we can see the actual form.
Best regards,
RikardHallo amazingtools,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working and thanks @vera for helping out.
You can set the section to have a minimum height with CSS, but you can also do it using the Section Minimum Height option in the element settings.

RikardHey tlscaliti,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain a bit further what is going wrong on your site, and how the theme is causing this problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Mohamad,
Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question please? If the problem is due to a poor internet connection then it might be difficult to provide you with a solution.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that Enfold is not the active theme, and the installed version is the very old one. Could you upload the latest version and give us permission to activate it, so that we can see the actual problem please?

Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in question, and try to explain a bit further please? If you have a screenshot highlighting your intentions then that would help as well.
Best regards,
RikardHallo Angelika,
You can change the background of your main menu links under Enfold->Advanced Styling. If that doesn’t work then please post a link where we can see the elements in question.
LG,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are looking to achieve, could you post a screenshot of the problem please?

RikardNovember 20, 2020 at 10:29 am in reply to: Enfold Theme keeps deleting my content if I make any edits #1261742Hi Peter,
Thanks for the update. The footer socket is showing fine on my end, or maybe I’m not understanding the problem? If you have screenshot of the problem then that might clarify things for us.
Best regards,
RikardHi Marco,
That is automatically added by the browser, I’m not sure exactly why, but it is. You can try adding this to your URL bar for example: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview, after the page has loaded it will display as: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/. This is not something we can control unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The link actually worked as it should, but it was covered by a menu item. I added this to your Quick CSS, and it’s working as it should now:
.single-post #main { padding-top: 50px !important; }Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Tilman,
I’m not sure I understand what you are referring to? The link you posted leads me to a login screen for a service which I’m not familiar with.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jordi,
Thanks for the update. Google Maps works on all the pages you linked to on my end now, if you don’t see the same thing, then please try loading the pages in incognito or private browser windows to see if that helps.

RikardNovember 20, 2020 at 8:36 am in reply to: Avia Layout Builder – Featured Image in Blog Post does not display #1261725Hi,
Thanks for the update. So it’s saving the excerpts which is not working? If so then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #payment div.payment_box { width: 100%; padding: 0; } }Best regards,
RikardHey wealthyone,
You can change that under Advanced Styling as you pointed out, if you want separate behaviour for regular and hover states, then you can add the same element more than once, and select to only apply on hover for the hover state for example.
If you can’t get your settings to apply then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
