Hi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi josk-design,

If you are want to add an ID to a Text Block element, then you can do that in the Advanced Tab in the element option. You can an ID like this in the ID field:
my-idThen you can use that ID in Quick CSS:
#my-id { font-size: 24px; font-weight; 200; }Best regards,
RikardHi suncityadvising,
Could you try replacing the content of header.php in your child theme with the content from the same file in the parent theme please? You can add your customisations back in after that.
Best regards,
RikardHey 1lizcollins,

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure to add your Google Maps API key to the theme options: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key/
Best regards,
RikardHey Julie,
You could try to remove transients using a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/

Which categories specifically are you looking to hide the date on?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t see that your support period has updated, could you send us login details to your Themeforest account so that we can check it closer please?
You can change the settings of the meta tag in question to your liking, if you copy header.php to your child theme, then change the values directly in that file.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That is the default WordPress editor, and I’m not sure how to extend that with further tags unfortunately. You might be able to find a plugin which does that for you though. It might be easier if you simply add the markup yourself though:
<caption>This is my caption</caption>You can then style it with CSS of your choice.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. I’m not sure exactly what was causing that to happen, but if the CSS works, then please continue using it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Phil,
They are in your child theme, in a folder called shortcodes.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like you have added that directly in a text block element? If so then you can change the markup directly in there. If you want to change the font family, then please try adding a class to the text block element. It makes it easier to target the correct text.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardJanuary 14, 2022 at 11:45 am in reply to: using different demos at same time or library of templates #1335553Hey deborah_kilian,
You can only have one demo active at a time unfortunately, but the content you import won’t be overwritten if import other demos, only the theme settings. If you want content from other demos, then you can activate debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode, then let us know which content you are looking to import.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.avia_textblock h6, .avia_textblock h6 a { font-size: 16px; color: #666666; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It works as expected when the parent theme is active, so the problem is likely coming from your child. I see that you are overriding av-helper-masonry.php and masonry_entries.php in the child. Does it work if you remove those temporarily? If it does, then please copy the files from the parent theme, then add your customisations back in after that.

.avia_transform .av_slideshow_full .avia-caption-title, .avia_transform .av_slideshow_full .avia-caption-content { visibility: visible; }Best regards,
RikardHey Aleka,
All the demos are included when you purchase the theme, they can be installed under Enfold->Demo Import, once you have installed the theme. The theme is not compatible with Office 365.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
