    Please help me!

I already use your theme, and I wanted to buy support service so that I could open cases. You sent the link https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support

I followed it and purchased the product. But I think got a product license!

    4519990 1 Enfold – Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme – 6 months renewed support

It didn’t come with the license code your support site ask me to update in order to open cases. (or did it? I couldn’t find it.)
I am now so confused. Exactly which service was I supposed to buy? If I bought the wrong one, can I change it to the support service that gives me the right to open cases?

I want to solve this issue.

I still have problems with displaying sliders (all of full, easy and post slider) and some videos on MS Edge. Especially with full slider, the ones with 1500 x 430 are showing, but not others. I checked plug-in one by one, and I also checked optimization functions, but I couldn’t find any problems. All I can think of is theme. Can you help me resolve this?

    Hey Mihoyo,

Which email is registered on the Themeforest account which you used to purchase the extended support?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Here’s my email address.

And I have more pressing question than the one above.
I disabled AMP on my website and I immediately started getting “text too small to read” error on Google Search Console. It looks like it’s because of the viewpoint.

    <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no”>

Is it okay to change user-scalable=no” to “yes?” Is there a reason why it’s current set at initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no”? (Just trying to know if I could mess up if I changed the parameters)

Also, if it’s okay to change the parameters, do I just add the code above at the end of the fuction.php file?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I still can’t see that your support period has updated, could you send us login details to your Themeforest account so that we can check it closer please?

You can change the settings of the meta tag in question to your liking, if you copy header.php to your child theme, then change the values directly in that file.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

I thought about it, but I am uncomfortable sharing my account as it has some personal info.
Instead this is what I attached some screenshots and files.

    1) I attached the receipt of my purchase (which says “support”)
    2) Upon the purchase, I was prompted to the page (I attached the screenshot). On the right hand side of the page, it says: “You have 1 license for this item. Download”
    3) When I click “download,” it’s linked to the license of the product, not support. (I attached the file)

So my guess is I was delivered a license for the product (which I already have), not the support.

All in all, when you are just trying to purchase support, you are directed to different places and it’s not easy. If you want to increase the sales of support, you may want to make it easier.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. The Google Drive link you posted is not working since it’s not shared publicly, please change the permissions for it, or share the documents using a different service.

About what you purchased; did you get a different purchase code with your new purchase? If you did, then please share it with us in private.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Sorry, I changed permission for Google Drive.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information!

We have reset your forum password, logged into your account and went to https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold#new-post and re-validated your purchase code. You can now start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
