Hi!
We must have missed the topic last time. I can see the point and we will replace the strong tag with a simple span ;)
Any other suggestions will be checked for a future patch…Cheers!
KriesiHey Russ!
Do you have access to your mod security log file? I read a little more about the topic and on stackoverflow they suggested to check the log file since mod_security logs whenever it issues a block/redirect. But I would guess it could be the same reason as with Guido site. It works fine as long as no html whatsoever is used. once a strong tag or a tag or something similar is used the request is blocked…
Best regards,
KriesiSmall addition:
It might be some sort of security function by the server? I tried to send several datasets via the ajax request and they work as long as no html tag is involved. as soon as html tags are added the request is redirected as mentioned above…Hey!
I checked the problem in detail and I am unfortunately not sure what could be causing this but the issue seems to be caused by the server not correctly working with the ajax request.
Once the page is opened we send an ajax request via javascript to retrieve the page data.
This is the request for the content on your server.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/57wcms6knwycjsa/Screenshot%202017-04-20%2014.08.56.png?dl=0and this is the request on every other server we have ever encountered:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/cumauy405kshf3w/Screenshot%202017-04-20%2014.09.42.png?dl=0As you can see the url does not match at all, although it should be the same. what is interesting is that the “initiator” on our own server is the javascript that fetches the additional data, in your case the “initiator” is the ajax file that should be queried in the first place. What this probably means that any point during fetching the request for the data your server redirects from the ajax file to the front page.
Might be a rewrite rule or some server setting, I am afraid I am not sure. Since this might have to do with the server I am having a hard time identifying it since I am by now means a server admin :)
Have you tried to contact your hosting provider if he might have any suggestions? Maybe they can chime in with a few ideas since right now I am not sure what we could change or do on the php/javascript side to fix the issue…
Regards,
KriesiHi!
No we did not do the discount yet, it is something we are still planing to do during the next few weeks when the timing is right. I am sorry that I can’t tell you exactly when that will be since this also depends on circumstances that are not controlled by us :/
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
Sorry for the late reply, I indeed missed it :P
Truth to be told, I am quite happy with codeable, they seem to do nice work and therefore I dont really think it necessary for us right now to change all the forms and redirect links etcBut I will keep your post in mind if we ever want to change the service we redirect users to ;)
Best regards,
KriesiHey!
Most smaller requests we redirect to codeable, but I do send customers that have bigger projects to developers if they require geographic proximity or want someone who speaks their language. So if you post me a link to your website, and let me know where you are from and which languages you speak I can forward any requests from your area to you ;)
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
Thanks for your help. I was able to reproduce the issue locally and already added a bugfix to our next release. The release will be available early next week and will fix your issue ;)

Leider nicht. Enfold ist da einzigartig in der Bedienbarkeit, die älteren Templates sind leider doch ein stück unflexibler und komplizierter zu nutzen.
Cheers!
KriesiHey!
Just to let anybody with a similar issue know: we will fix this issue with the next patch.
Regards,
KriesiHey!
Thanks for the notice. this script actually should only be visible in the backend. we will fix this with the next patch and remove it from the frontend ;)
Cheers!
KriesiHi!
Actually you can use the embedded version, you just need to activate it with the license key you got from purchasing the standalone version. The plugin and theme version are identical codewise, however the Layerslider team decided to add a few features that are only available after entering the purchase code. I will talk with them if this is really necessary, but they will probably want to test it for a few weeks/months to see if it increases the sales of the standalone slider.
Regards,
KriesiHi!
I am afraid the theme was designed in the browser with HTML and CSS and therefore there is no PSD file available. Sorry for that :/
If this is a dealbreaker to you and you can’t use the theme then feel free to apply for a refund since the item was mislabeled, which was clearly out fault.Cheers!
KriesiHi,
Just wanted to catch up. The site looks fine to me and I can log into the backend. Are there any more issues or are we missing something? :)
Best regards,
KriesiHi,
Some of the problems you guys are experiencing might be due to cached Javascript or CSS files. Please make sure to update your CDNs and clear your Browser Cache. If both is not working please post a link to the element in question with a description of what exactly is not working ;)

KriesiMarch 2, 2017 at 11:36 am in reply to: Overlapping titles at top of content window and section content hidden link #754289Hey Steven,
My best guess is that this is a caching issue and your site is loading older css/js files that it stored previously.
You may not see the site properly until the cached files are cleared in your browser. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
You can also try to open the page in a browser you have previously not used to check if its a caching issue :)
If all of this does not help feel free to post us your login credentials and we will take a closer look.Best regards,
KriesiHey biancajolly,
We would need username and password for your wordpress admin area. the username and password you provided are for the ftp server I assume? (Since they did not work for the admin area)
Best regards,
KriesiHey kilimats,
Not sure how this is happening. Are you using a plugin to use a different menu once the user is logged in? If so which one?
Best regards,
KriesiHey Stefan,
Mobile view for which elements exactly? On first sight the one thing that sticks out is the main menu overlapping the logo. You can activate the mobile menu for ipad in your admin panel at enfold->headers->mobile
If you have any other suggestions on how to improve the experience on your tablet let us know, since the next update will focus on mobile devices :)
Best regards,
KriesiHi,
What basilis meant was: please post a link to the demo page in question and we can send you the text you need to paste into your editor to achieve the same results ;)
Best regards,
KriesiHey,
Thanks for your offer but thats currently not interesting for us ;)
Best regards,
KriesiHey Steven,
if you experience this problem again please post us a link to the page in question and a page were it actually works as it should and we will take a closer look ;)
Glad its working now
Best regards,
KriesiHey Elad,
1 – As long as all installations (you could also use multisite for this) are on one domain you only need one enfold license
2 – You can use columns or pricing tables for that. Here is a page that uses both examples (just scroll down to see both examples): http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/pages/pricing/Best regards,
KriesiHi,
I just checked and none of the files contains any malicious code. This is probably a false positive were a file is flagged due to the nature of functions inside the file. Some of these functions are often use by malicious scripts but thats not the case here
Best regards,
KriesiHi,
I am afraid thats currently not possible but any suggestions are welcome. Would you rather increase the size or decrease it?
Best regards,
KriesiHey FerryK,
Should this happen on the main page? I just checked the link and the site looks fine to me…
Best regards,
KriesiHey faizalrahman08,
I am afraid Enfold does not offer this functionality, our forms generator is basically only meant to produce contact forms that can only redirect to a single page after hitting the submit button.
I am afraid you would need to use a plugin for what you are trying to do, although I am not sure which one would be suitable to your needs.
You might want to try these two plugins (I assume you want the user to send a mail and then redirect him and not just redirect him?)
