I checked your site for some reason the CSS was not merging but I have re-saved the theme options to force generate the minified files. The CSS and JS files are merged now.

You can also check the site on the below link for detailed insight. When I checked your site most of the elements get long Yellow bar which indicates the server request time. Please consider looking into this issue with your hosting provider.

Also, consider optimizing the images. I noticed an image that is almost 1MB. Please refer to this link for more optimization tricks.

I checked your site and there is not enough room for the menu items when the screen width is less than 1300px.

Please activate the burger menu at custom width using the below CSS.

This issue may be relayed to font loading as I see some warning related to the fonts in the browser console.

For testing purpose please create a new private test page with the tab element and timeline inside it and check if the issue persists.

If it does on the test page please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use wordpress@kriesi.at ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

After updating the favicon please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache to view the changes:

1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

If you still have any issue please deactivate all plugins, clear the cache again and check for the issue.

The plugin you mentioned is not tested with enfold but I am sure it should work fine with enfold. In any case, kindly contact the plugin author to know if it works well with Enfold theme. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry about that!

Google is a reputed name but ultimately it’s a script that is made to scan millions of sites and tell you what works and not which can sometimes be a false positive.
