Hey crgrayaz,
The automatic updates doesn’t work with all server environments unfortunate, but you could try running this plugin in order to clear WordPress transients to see if that helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. If not then I think you will have to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHey rrecchia,
Thanks for using Enfold. We’re always looking to add more demos so that is a possibility for sure. Could you submit your request here please? https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

It’s displaying fine on my end, could you try clearing your browser cache and reload the page? You could also check in an incognito window using Chrome or check in a different browser.

Open the first slider on the page, then you should find those in the individual slides.

RikardHi cjbuilt,
Thanks for the feedback and sorry for the problems. Do you have a staging version of the site? If not then I would recommend having one, so that you can perform the update there first without having to risk any down time on your production site. That would give us a chance to check the problems you are having as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi argana1,
I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing on my end using Chrome, could you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end please? Also please try to check in a different browser and/or network if possible.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details, but your site is throwing a 500 internal server error so they aren’t to any use for us unfortunately. Could you try to completely remove the theme folder from your server and then re-upload a fresh copy via FTP to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Ralf,
Thanks for the links, I’m not sure why it’s not showing unfortunately, I think we would have to actually look at what you are doing on the backend to see what is going wrong.
That widget really only generates an image, doesn’t it? If so, then maybe it would be a better idea to simply screenshot that part and display it as a regular image? That will likely save you some load time as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. Since you have used the Layout Builder to create your post, this is the default behaviour. If you used the Layout Builder to create posts, then all the content will need to be added manually to it, and that includes the excerpt. You can set that in the Excerpt field, if you can see it then please select Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen and tick the corresponding box.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
This is a customisation which is out of scope of theme support, though I have tried this before myself, but I couldn’t come up with a solution. The problem as I see it is that markup needs to be added to the checkout template, and that breaks the multistep form which is needed to process the order. You might want to keep searching for a solution, but at this point we don’t have a working solution.
Best regards,
RikardHi alvega2k,
I can’t see any login details in this thread unfortunately, did you post them in the Private Content box? Please try to post them there again, and verify that they have been sent by actually visiting the thread afterwards.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bosco,
Thanks for the feedback and screenshot. You are getting several error messages on the page which all seem related to SSL, could you try to check those resources to make sure they are loaded via https? If you should need any further help then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a close look.
Best regards,
RikardHey rossodigrana,
Thanks for the screenshot, is that Safari you are using?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. I’m not 100% sure what is going wrong there, but I think it’s a very bad idea to load a whole video per slide like you are doing, it’s just way too heavy to load. What happens if you just have one slide and one video? If that doesn’t work either then could you try to host the video on Youtube to see if that works better?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for helping out @guenni007. Did you get your code working @luisgasser?
