No, you would not need to purchase again each year. You can choose to extend your support when it expires but it is optional. You would still receive updates.

I am trying to login to your WordPress dashboard following the link in private content field. I copy & paste username and password but it does not work.
Alternatively, you can post your login to us using following instructions
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Traditional way would throw an error if you are using an older version than Enfold 4.5 because Envato updated their API, therefore we needed to adjust auto updater function in Enfold files.
It currently works fine but since updated code is in Enfold 4.5, manual update would be necessary, either via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp or alternatively, you can install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/, download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and theme will be updated.
Also, some users reported an issue validating personal token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#what-is-an-envato-personal-token. Our devs suspect that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests. If that happens to be the case, please try validating your personal token in incognito mode – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Auto updater should function correctly again after updating to Enfold 4.5 and inserting a valid personal token in Enfold theme options.

This is not an issue but a feature of Revolution slider. I disabled “Mouse scroll navigation” in your slider setting and that helped – https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/navigation/#miscPlease review your website :)

I tried logging in twice however i get following error

If you have more than 1 Enfold license, you might need to generate another personal token. We are waiting to hear from Envato team regarding this one.
In the meantime, could you please post FTP logins and let us know which demo you would like to import so we can check that issue?

Do you by any chance have more than 1 Enfold license? Envato’s API seem to have rate limiting. We have contacted Envato support team if that is the case and waiting to hear from them.
Also, which demo would you like to import and could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?

Updates are not limited. 6 months of support is included in your purchase. You can extend it to 12 months or choose not to extend after your support expires. Only support is paid and it is optiona but as i mentioned, you will receive updates free of charge.

If you made any changes on theme files such as functions.php, header.php etc. those changes will be overwritten. However if you have not made any changes on theme files, nothing will change.

Not exactly, we release updates not only to fix bugs but also to add new features, improve existing features as well.
For example, Envato has updated their API as mentioned above and we needed to update theme files to make sure auto updater feature works fine. That is why manual update is necessary.We can surely update the theme for you and it will not cost you anything, however you would need to login to our support forum as we only provide support to our registered users.

Please update Enfold manually via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold. Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold therefore this time theme needs to be updated manually.

Please make sure you are using PHP 5.6 or higher. I believe after upgrading your PHP version (preferably to PHP 7.x) you will not experience such issue.
