Please create a enfold-child/shortcode folder and place your file you copied from enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcode there or change the code to following one

Have you referred to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#add-elements-to-alb? After adding the code to functions.php file of your child theme and adding the file inside /shortcodes/ folder on your child theme should work.

I checked your website on my iphone and i am able to navigate to Datenschutz and Impressum pages. For Contact page, please go to Enfold theme options > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile Menu and make sure to create clones in “Clone title menu items to submenu”

I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer. If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and a Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

That really depends on the freelancer. More experienced developer would cost more but would take less time to finish and less experienced one would be cheaper but would take a bit more time.

First of all, please calm down :)
We make sure Enfold is as secure as possible. Since none of other users reported such issue, i believe you are misidentifying the issue.
Could you please elaborate on the issue you are having? Do sections disappear when you update the page?
Also, login credentials you shared are not working. Please check them once again.

You can simply go to Downloads page on your ThemeForest profile and download the latest version of the theme.
No, your plugin would display the custom maintenance page you created until you disable it :)

If you would like to keep the information on your other account, we can simply keep it. We do not delete accounts unless users request it.
