Hey Lex!

Have you had chance to check your website on another devices?
I just checked it on Safari 13.0.2 on my mac. Images in post slider load fine on my end. I then tried checking your product pages but product gallery images loaded fine as well.

If you are having issue on certain page or product, could you please point that one out, in case you could reproduce the issue on other devices as well? :)

Hi,

I mean i chose to display another LayerSlider slide and that displayed fine. Image seems to be deleted that is why i am thinking re-uploading it could help :)

Hi,

I tried switching to another slider and that shows up fine but when i inspect elements, slider is empty. I could not find image in Media > Library as well. Could you please try re-uploading the image and check if that helps? :)

Unfortunately, we are no longer developing our older themes. You can read Kriesi’s post regarding older themes here – https://kriesi.at/archives/wordpress-5-0-and-enfold-4-5-1

That being said, i checked your website and it seems like you are using the latest available version of the theme. You could try downgrading PHP version and if that does not help, please try downgrading WordPress version. I hope either one of these help!

You are currently using a very old version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/

After updating the theme, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token to generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme option to receive future updates.

Hi Rob,

Fullwidth Sub Menu element does not accept shortcodes so here are the steps you can follow
– Please add icons to any page separately, update and inspect elements on front-end
– Click “Edit HTML” and copy HTML code of the icon – https://imgur.com/a/W34G00G
– Paste HTML code in “Navigation label” field in Appearance > Menus
– Repeat for each icon

Hi,

Everything seems correct but i noticed when i click the video on frontpage and when it opens in new window, video cannot be found. I tried with another public video on a private test page, it plays the video but opens in new window as well so i do not think that is the reason but you might want to check the link on homepage :)

Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
I am seeing and empty error on all pages on backend. Attached a screenshot in private content field.

Hi,

@fcp I was looking into this and realised some “Google” services translated as “Mailchimp” in French translation. I corrected them and we will include it updated language file in upcoming version.

You can insert Google Maps API key in that field. Please ignore “Mailchimp” in description :)

Hi,

Basically, If you have 4 licenses, you should use Personal Token on 4 sites. If you have 1 license and use Personal Token on 4 sites, you will be breaking the rules :)

You might need to add !important rule when you add the code in Style.css file as following
