this is my first post in this forum. and i am not very experienced with forums. Please excuse me if I violate any of these rules.
Here is the problem: We have created a member area under WP with the Enfold Theme and Digimember, where a video course is deposited. The individual videos are available from Vimeo. From now on, the web pages will no longer find (links seem correct) or the videos will no longer start embedded but in a new browser window. I do not understand why? Can you help me?
Thanks :-)
February 13, 2020 at 3:54 pm #1184180Hi,
Thanks for contacting us!
Here are couple of things to check:
– Please make sure “Disable external video features” is not enabled in Enfold theme options > Performance tab
– If you are using cookies on your website, please make sure that you have accepted[av_privacy_video_embeds]cookiesIf suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it. Please also point out the page where we can see the issue :)
Cheers!

Everything seems correct but i noticed when i click the video on frontpage and when it opens in new window, video cannot be found. I tried with another public video on a private test page, it plays the video but opens in new window as well so i do not think that is the reason but you might want to check the link on homepage :)
Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?
I am seeing and empty error on all pages on backend. Attached a screenshot in private content field.Best regards,

February 17, 2020 at 1:23 pm #1185204Hi,
I honestly do not think that would be the cause but i might be wrong as i could not figure out what exactly is causing this issue. It works totally fine on my local installation. Please try upgrading PHP version and let us know if that helps. If not, i will ask my teammates to check the thread as well in case there is something i am missing :)
Best regards,
