I believe this is related to plugin settings. I added following code to Style.css file of your child theme to delete it using CSS

html[lang="en-GB"] .page-id-376 .trail-begin, .breadcrumb-trail .sep:nth-child(3) {
    display: none !important;
}

1- I added following code to bottom of Style.css file of your child theme

#header .mail .av-icon-char { 
    font-size: 17px!important; 
    line-height: 17px !important;
}

2- That is actually expected as there is not enough space to display your content in header meta. You could insert less content, decrease font size on smaller screens or hide certain content in header meta in smaller screen sizes. If you need assistance after your decision, please let us know :)

– Then go to Enfold theme options > Performance and disable both CSS and JS file merging and check “Delete old CSS and JS files?” at the bottom and save theme options.
– Enable file merging and disable “Delete old CSS and JS files?” and save once again.

That should help :)

I checked your Enfold contact form and set “From” mail, tried sending and email. Then i went to plugin settings and checked “Force From Email” and tried sending another email. Could you please check if you received any of the emails?

I was seeing JS error in console as soon as I switch to child theme. I could not figure out what was breaking JS. I wanted to check once again however login credentials are no longer working. Could you create logins once again and share please?

Please go to Appearance > Editor and edit enfold/js/avia.js file and replace the content with – https://raw.githubusercontent.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_3/avia.js and flush cache.

That should help. Please let us know if it does not. Fix will be included in upcoming update :)

I believe you are not able to change them because edit page is not loading, am I correct? You are currently using an older version of Enfold which is not compatible with your WordPress version. Updating Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 would solve the issue – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp :)

1- If you could share a screenshot (you can upload them on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and share links here) and show the changes you would like to make, we can give you more accurate answer but it sounds like that should be easily possible :)

2- That would be possible as well but you would need a separate plugin such as this one – https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-points-and-rewards/ for that.
