    Hi,

    We suspect that Instagram is now discouraging data scraping without proper authentication, which is the current method used by the theme in order to display a user’s profile data. You might have to use a different Instagram plugin temporarily until we found a viable solution. Thank you for understanding.

    These capabilities will be disabled immediately (previously set for July 31, 2018 or December 11, 2018 deprecation). The following will be deprecated according to the timeline we shared previously:

    Public Content – all remaining capabilities to read public media on a user’s behalf on December 11, 2018
    Basic – to read a user’s own profile info and media in early 2020

    For your reference, information on the new Instagram Graph API.

    Hi,

    We have not applied any fix on our test site. As we mentioned, Instagram widget works fine on servers that are not shared servers. This is a limitation on Instagram’s end.

    We are going to implement a solution which is pretty complex therefore i think it may take some time. For the time being, please use this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/ :)

    Hi,

    Have you installed and activated Smash Balloon Social Photo Feed plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/?
    If you have, have you authenticated your account in plugin settings?

    If your answer is yes to questions above, you should be able to insert widget or use the element in Plugin Additions tab of ALB.

    Please use “Enfold Child Instagram (Smash Balloon)” widget instead. Widget and ALB element should show up after you activate the plugin – https://imgur.com/a/G3Ml3if :)
