I tried editing your products but I am able to do so. I see that classic editor is currently active. Have you figured it out already?

Have you imported one of the demos and images in demos are not showing up?
I cannot see any error in console and only thing i noticed which might be causing the issue is your memory limit. It is currently set to 64M. At least 128M and preferably 256M is recommended.Cheers!

No worries but this did not work. I am getting “Server not found.” error. And when I try changing host to [see private content field] I get “Server said: Login authentication failed”.

We have fixed the issue and it will be included in upcoming version.
I uploaded fixed version on your installation however did not check your theme options. I just went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled “Javascript file merging and compression”, saved theme options then re-enabled it and confirmed it is working fine now.
Please flush browser cache and review your website :)

Your website does not load on my end at the moment.
Unfortunately, 1.3.1 is a very very old version and we do not have a copy of it. The oldest version we seem to have is 2.9 and I attached it in private content field.
Since a lot changed in Enfold since that version, updating the theme on a testing server and checking for errors would be easier in my opinion.Best regards,

I deleted version 4.7.4 and re-installed it and that worked. Files probably were not uploaded properly during update and re-updating it fixed it.

The latest version of Enfold is 4.7.4.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.
Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:
our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.Now the token API works :-)
This happens when there is connection issue between your host and Envato API. This is not related to Enfold, it is related to server settings.
