No worries but this did not work. I am getting “Server not found.” error. And when I try changing host to [see private content field] I get “Server said: Login authentication failed”.

1- You had unclosed custom CSS at the bottom of your Quick CSS field

We have fixed the issue and it will be included in upcoming version.
I uploaded fixed version on your installation however did not check your theme options. I just went to Enfold theme options > Performance and disabled “Javascript file merging and compression”, saved theme options then re-enabled it and confirmed it is working fine now.
Please flush browser cache and review your website :)

Your website does not load on my end at the moment.
Unfortunately, 1.3.1 is a very very old version and we do not have a copy of it. The oldest version we seem to have is 2.9 and I attached it in private content field.
Since a lot changed in Enfold since that version, updating the theme on a testing server and checking for errors would be easier in my opinion.Best regards,

I deleted version 4.7.4 and re-installed it and that worked. Files probably were not uploaded properly during update and re-updating it fixed it.

The latest version of Enfold is 4.7.4.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.
Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:
our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.Now the token API works :-)
This happens when there is connection issue between your host and Envato API. This is not related to Enfold, it is related to server settings.

Yes, Enfold has auto update feature. You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ and generate a Personal Token and then simply insert that token into Enfold theme options and you would receive auto updates :)

Which version of Enfold are you currently using? Envato has updated their API and we have implemented those changes in Enfold 4.5, therefore if you are using a version older than 4.5, you would need to manually update to the latest version 4.7.4 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp and then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates.

Issue seems to be related to deprecated code in LayerSlider located in /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/wp/menus.php file:

@clonica I double checked the fix on both local and live server however it is working fine on my end.

For WP 5.4 block editor fix:
Please go to Appearance > Editor and navigate to enfold/config-gutenberg/css/ and edit “avia_gutenberg.css” file and replace its content with – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_7_4/config-gutenberg/avia_gutenberg.cssFix will be included in upcoming version :)
