Hi,
Thanks for the login details. I get the same problem as well when going to Appearance->Customise unfortunately, did you receive an email from WordPress about the problem? If so then please share it with us. If you have access to server logs, then please share them as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey mirotck,
Maybe you could try using a translation plugin? This for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/

RikardHey Famigliacinquepuntozero,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you post screenshots highlighting them please?

RikardHey Eisenbock,
I can’t see any problems on either desktop or mobile, could you post screenshots of the problems please?

RikardHey Kate,
Add it to the active theme, if that is the child then please add it to the child.

Thanks for that. I can’t see any differences on your site when comparing a regular Chrome browser where I’m logged in, and an incognito window. Could you try to clear all caches from Chrome and restart it to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHey mrsecommerce,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Also please check your content for any open html markup:
<strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>If you can’t find any then please point out where we can see the problem on your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardHi Liv,
It’s likely due to open html markup, but I can’t say for sure unfortunately. You could try to keep as little content as possible in each text block to make it easier for you though. Like in your content; keep the header in one block, and the paragraph in a second one.
If you need further help on other site then please give us login details and point out where we can see the problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi Magnus,
You had some open CSS in Quick CSS:
/*Farbe des Add to cart buttons auf orange ändern*/ a.button.alt, button.button.alt, input.button.alt, #respond input#submit.alt { background: #edae44 !important;I closed it for you, and the CSS Ismael gave you is applying now. Please review your site.

RikardHey Blanche,
Thanks for the login details. You have open html markup in your content, and that is breaking the layout builder. Please close any open html tags in your content:
<strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">Lynda Stenge<br /> <p> <strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">Covid Compliance Officer<br /> + <br /> Pandemic Compliance Advisor<br /><p> <strong><span style="color: #ffffff;">Keeping your set safe & compliant!</span></strong>You might want to split that header into multiple headers, to make things easier.

Thanks for that. It looks like you haven’t added billing to the Google account which you created the key with, please refer to this: https://console.cloud.google.com/projectselector2/billing/enable?pli=1

RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working and thanks @guenni007 for helping out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I set it to repeat for you and it’s working.
You can select to use a separate menu under Enfold->Main Menu->Alternate Menu for Mobile. The menu items can only have one type of click functionality at a time, so you can add the top level element to second level as well.

RikardNovember 12, 2020 at 1:53 pm in reply to: main content background image hidden behind header #1260126Hi,
Thanks for the update. If the CSS you posted works, then I don’t see any problem with using it.
Best regards,
RikardHey rasa,
Please try a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-comments/

RikardHey starlaknapp,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
main.content { padding: 0; }Please refer to this on how to register new fonts in the theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#register-additional-google-fonts-for-theme-options

Thanks for that. The code block on the contact page looks broken unfortunately, could you share the full code which you are trying to use please?

RikardHey phausner,
Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey glbarnes85,
Thanks for the login details. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, and make sure to upgrade the PHP version on your server to 7.2 or higher.

RikardHi Mike,
Thanks for that, I get a 404 error on the page you linked to though?
The PHP version is the likely cause of your problem, as the version of the theme you are running is working fine with PHP 7.3, but 5.3 is not supported by either the theme or WordPress itself. Could you make sure and verify with your hosting provider that the site is actually running on 7.3 please?
Best regards,
Rikard -
