Hey TLPLindseyMuchka,
That is the Masonry element, using the Perfect Manual Masonry setting in the Styling tab.
Best regards,
RikardHi Magnus,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly how that plugin works, maybe you could try looking for an alternative if it’s breaking the Layout Builder? If you need further help with that, then please create a test page with only the shortcode in question on. Please note that out support for third party plugins is limited though.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sichart,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Maybe you could try to arrange the menu on some other way? Divide it into two items, or add some of the 2nd level items to the 3rd level for example?
Best regards,
RikardHey Slawomir,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain a bit further or post a screenshot highlighting it please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Simon,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t work then please try reaching out to the plugin developers, as we cannot support all third party plugins out there.

RikardNovember 12, 2020 at 10:36 am in reply to: Having identical Portfolio and Page parent returns 404 error #1260069Hey Gerry,
That is not theme specific, it’s how WordPress works. You cannot have the same slug for two different pages, posts or media elements etc.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I deleted and recreated the problem text block, and everything is working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Darryl,
Please try this instead, it should give it the highest priority:
function new_google_analytics(){ ?> //Your code goes here <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'new_google_analytics', 1);Documentation can be found here: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/hooks/wp_head/

Hi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top .fullsize .template-blog .post .entry-content-wrapper { text-align: inherit; }Also make sure that you clear the cache from your caching plugin before checking the results.
Best regards,
RikardHey ramonolivencia,
How is this related to Enfold? If you are using plugins then please try reaching out to their developers to see if they can help you out.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now. I’m not sure exactly what is going wrong with your installation, but it looks like jQuery is not loading properly. Could you try installing this plugin to see if it helps? https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/. If not then please try to completely delete the parent theme, then upload it again.
Best regards,
RikardHi Gabriel,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi Phil,
Thanks for the update. I see the same error message from Google Maps on your site as Victoria pointed out, could you check that everything is ok with your billing details in your Google account please? If you need further help then please include admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi everyone,
There seems to be a problem with the new Analytics tracking code if it’s placed in the theme options, the problem has been reported to our developers. In the meantime, could you try adding it using a function in your functions.php file instead please?
function new_analytics_tracking(){ ?> Your tracking code goes here <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'new_analytics_tracking');If you didn’t start this thread and need further help, then please open a new thread and include admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey Darryl,
It’s not working on a local installation either when I try to reproduce the problem, so there’s likely an issue with how we handle that type of code. I’ve reported this to our developers, but I don’t have a solution for you right now though.
Until we have a solution then you can try adding it using a function in functions.php instead:
function new_google_analytics(){ ?> //Your code goes here <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'new_google_analytics');Best regards,
RikardHey rmatus,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site as well please?

RikardNovember 11, 2020 at 9:31 am in reply to: Missing Icons even though everything is up to date #1259795Hi James,
The font file is being blocked by the browser, since it’s being served via a CDN. See private for an example. Please try reaching out to your hosting or CDN provider and ask them for headers to allow the font file in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi solarhq,
I’m not sure why it didn’t work at first, but it would likely be something local in the browser you where using. I’m glad that you got things working though, and thanks for the update and description of what you did to get it working.
