Hey iainski,
Which version of PHP are you running on the server? Please make sure that it’s 7.2 or higher. If that doesn’t help then please try to rename the plugin folder in order to deactivate all plugins. If that doesn’t change anything either then you can try to rename the theme as well, in order to activate one of the default WordPress themes.
Best regards,
RikardHey Mark,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-subheading p { font-style: italic; }Best regards,
RikardHey Mark,
Could you post a link to where we can see the content in question please? Also please try to specify what you would like to be justified a bit further.

RikardNovember 14, 2020 at 7:23 am in reply to: Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re back #1260461Hi Steve,
Thanks for the update. I logged into your site but I couldn’t see any warnings, where exactly did you see it? I don’t think it’s related to your problem though, since it’s only a warning.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please active debug mode so that we can see the shortcodes from the Layout Builder: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you if you give us permission to do so.
Best regards,
RikardHey Empatica,
Maps; you are getting this error message from Google Maps: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#referer-not-allowed-map-error. Please check that you have selected to allow all URLs from your domain.
Instagram; please try using this plugin instead: https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/
Text block; I’m not sure I understand the problem, could you try to explain a bit further and let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Justus,
Please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#transparent-header-on-mobile

RikardNovember 14, 2020 at 6:05 am in reply to: Expand Avia Layout building gives errors and I can't work properly #1260450Hi,
I can’t see any problems on my end either, I get the same results as in Victorias screenshots. Please try using a different browser.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can see both the About and Contact buttons on mobile and desktop, and they are both clickable. If you are referring to that clicking or tapping the button doesn’t take you to the page in question, it’s because the button can only have one functionality at a time, and in this case it’s to open or close the sub menu elements. If you want the actual page to be a link as well, then please create a new menu like I advised earlier, and add the top level link to the second level as well. You can then set to use the new menu on mobile under Enfold->Main Menu.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshots. Please post admin WordPress login details in private as well, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Metin,
Where can we see and reproduce the problems you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHey Charles,
We can send you the theme files, but we need proof of purchase, like a purchase code. I would recommend that you try to find your Themeforest login details, since you will have this problem every time you need to update otherwise.
Best regards,
RikardHey yoice,
Do you want to change it or simply remove it? If you want to change it then you can try a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/. If you want to remove it then please post a link to where we can see the element in question.
Best regards,
RikardHey argentinadelfina,
Thanks for the screenshot, could you post a link to where we can see the element you want to apply this to as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Daniel,
I’m very sorry to hear that you got blocked from Envato, but we don’t really have any power over their decisions unfortunately. Can you think of any reason at all as why this would have happen? It seems unlikely that they would block or remove your account for no reason at all. Could you try reaching out to their support again maybe?

RikardNovember 14, 2020 at 4:48 am in reply to: Special Characters in a code block – unable to use suggested replacement #1260430Hi,
Thanks for that. I tried the code you posted on a local installation, but it’s breaking the code block element unfortunately. I tried it in a WordPress widget as well, but it’s not working there either. Please see screenshot in private. There looks to be something wrong with the code you are trying to use, could you try to reach out to the authors of the code to see if they can help you out please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see anything obvious going wrong with your site either, if you have screenshots of the problem then please upload them to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t login to your site though, since the link you posted previously ends in a 404 page. Could you give us working details in private so that we can check the backend of your site please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The test page I created has a different ID (80078), so your CSS can’t apply to that page, and it’s still working on the test page I created. Please see private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please don’t post the same question more than once.
Please check the FTP account you posted, as it leads to an empty folder without any possibility to navigate back. Also verify that you have backups of your site if you need help with updating.
Best regards,
RikardHey Colin,
You can display menu items as buttons if you select that option under the menu item in question, under Appearance->Menus in the WordPress menu.

RikardNovember 13, 2020 at 12:47 pm in reply to: Menus stopped scrolling through since latest update #1260326Hi,
Thanks for the update. So how exactly did that menu work before? There is no solution for your menu to extend beyond the height of your browser as far as I know. Maybe it would be better if you set that menu to use a mega menu instead?
Please see link in private for how your site looked in August, I can’t see any difference in the behaviour compared to the current version.
Best regards,
Rikard-

Hey DeniHosi,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?

RikardNovember 13, 2020 at 7:12 am in reply to: menu issue on single page portfolio website for sub pages #1260289Hey isreynolds_137,
I’m not sure I fully understand the problem, but did you try using the full URL in your links?
https://your.site/portfolio/#anchorIf that doesn’t help then please post a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look.
