Hey OnVisible,
Thanks for the login details. I turned off file compression under Enfold->Performance for you, and your site is working after that. The problem with that functionality is that it’s not working when the SG Optimizer is active.
Best regards,
RikardHey ddagraphics,
Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. Or implement this fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. We can implement the fix for you, if you give us permission to do so. This problem will be fixed in the next release of the theme, which should be available within a few days.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ramon,
Great, I’m glad that you came up with an alternative solution. I’m not sure what you should keep in mind to be honest, but the fact that the served CSS on your site seems to be updated very slowly can pose a problem for you in the future. I would advise that you at least try to bring that up with your hosting or CDN provider.
Best regards,
RikardHi Hanna,
Thanks for that. I’ve installed the latest version of the theme for you, and I can’t see any error message on either the front or backend. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey NicFridge0904,
Please make sure that you have activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance. If that doesn’t help then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi clikcreations,
You can do that by targeting each of the menu item ID’s like @cherrmann suggested above. You can inspect each of the menu items in your browser in order to find the ID, then follow the same structure of the example CSS.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I uploaded and activated our latest development version of the theme, and that seems to have worked for the problem you were having. Could you verify on your end as well please?

RikardJanuary 20, 2021 at 11:44 am in reply to: issue with responsive layout not showing all sections of page. #1273996Hi,
Thanks for the screenshots. I almost can’t see any difference between the two screenshots though, they seem almost the same. Please note that there are small differences in how different browsers renders the same font, and I think that is what you are seeing in this case. We can’t do anything about that unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHey Kate,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-2151 .avia-content-slider h3.slide-entry-title { font-size: 16px; color: yellow; }Best regards,

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi Kevin,

Sorry for the problem. Please refer to this for a permanent fix: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-5-6-read-this-first/. It will be included in the next version of the theme, which should be available within a few days. If you don’t want to implement the fix, then please continue to run the jQuery migrate plugin until you have installed the new version of the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There are layout differences between the classic and block editor, but I can’t give you an answer as to why you out get different results with the same settings. The theme doesn’t influence where Yoast is placing their components, so if you need further help with this, then please try reaching out to their support.

Thanks for that. I’ve never come across this problem before to be honest with you, so I’m not sure what is causing it. I think it’s WooCommerce which is adding that though, so maybe you could try reaching out to their support as well? We can have a closer look for you, if you share admin WordPress login details with us in private.

RikardHey mike.rav,
I tried adding a product, then removing it from the cart. I can’t see any changes to the icons after that though, could you let us know which steps to take in order to reproduce this problem please?

RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. Please try this CSS instead:
.avia-icongrid-wrapper header.entry-content-header { display: table; position: absolute; left: 0; width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I can’t see any submenus on your actual site, so I’m not sure if this CSS is going to work, but please try it out:
#avia-menu ul { right: -200px; }If it doesn’t work then please add a submenu, so that we can give you more accurate CSS.

RikardJanuary 19, 2021 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Many Bugs in /wp-includes/tinymce… // Layout Architekt #1273703Hi Felix,
Thanks for the update. I’m pretty sure this is a server problem, since I logged in using the page edit link I posted yesterday, and WordPress redirected me to the page in question after logging in. The page and Layout Builder loaded without any problem when doing that. I then clicked the link again and the same error message were present, and the Layout Builder didn’t load. It seems like the request is being blocked or closed by the server, but I can’t tell you why unfortunately. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they can tell you why that is happening please?
