Did you do any customisations at all to the theme? If not, then please try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

Hey naqashsattar,

What version of PHP are you running? Did you ask you hosting provider why the server is throwing those errors? Did you try increasing the memory allocated to PHP on your installation? http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Hi,

The theme is always the latest version on Themeforest and it’s the only site you can access the theme files from, maybe you can try again? If you enter your user name and API key in the theme options then you might be able to receive the updates automatically.

Hi,

Read more is available in your feeds, like the blog feed. The page you linked to is a page and it’s not intended to be used like that. You want a read more tag, but where should it link to? Itself? That is why you would have to create what you are looking for manually.

If you are simply looking to link somewhere then maybe you could use the button element?

It looks like this is related to a problem in WordPress core in 4.9 unfortunately: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42574.

What language are you using on your installations? If you are using the formal version, then please try to change to the regular one. Rolling back WordPress one version should work as well.

Hi,

Thanks for the login details. You had set the Blog page as the same page in the theme options, that means the theme options will override what you have on the page. I unset the option in the theme options and it’s now working as it should.

Hey sjahan,

It can be very difficult to control element when everything is located in an image. Maybe you could try to keep only the background as the actual background, then have the logo and text in a separate element? For instance an image element. If you have the .psd or .ai/.eps file then you should be able to do that fairly quickly.

Thanks for sharing, it looks like this is a core problem then unfortunately. I think the only solutions would to roll back to WP 4.8.3 or change the language into the informal version then.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Did you clear all the cache from the caching plugin before you deactivated it as well?

I’m not sure what PHP version you are running right now, but 5.6 is the minimum recommended version for running WordPress, so you should probably consider to update to an even higher version. PHP7 would be preferred.

As far as I know you are the only one with this problem yes, I’ve never seen any other sites where this is happening before.

By the way, if you should need support in turkish then we have a turkish speaking moderator.

There is nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. You would have to use a plugin or other third party code to make that happen.

The image you are using is causing that, it has a lot of space around the actual image data. Please try cropping it in software like Photoshop.
