Please try this CSS instead:

```
I’m not sure what could have happened, did you do any customisations to the site?

Hey Nina,

I think the image looks fairly good on mobile screens, it’s unfortunately very difficult to display background images exactly the same on all screen sizes. Maybe you could try to duplicate the slider and then use an image better adapted for smaller screen sizes and then hide/show the correct one using the element options?

So you want it for all 1/3 elements? If so then please try this:

Thanks for that, I see the same thing on my end. Could you try to activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, then copy the shortcode to a new page to see if that helps please? Also, just to make sure there is no conflict with any of your plugins, please try to deactivate them to see if the problem goes away.

Thanks for the screenshot, though we still would need to inspect the element in order to give you CSS to use. Is this only happening on your site or can you reproduce it on one of our demos maybe? Did you do any customisations to the theme and did you try to remove them to see if any of them is causing your problems?

Hi,

Thanks for the updated link, you can get a header if you set it as transparent in the Layout menu on the page in question. If you want to import only that landing page, then you can activate debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

We can then give you the shortcodes for you to add to a new page to see exactly how it was built, let us know if you want that :-)

Hi,

If your site is able to send emails to gmail addresses, then we know that there is no problem with that. So that should exclude the theme and WordPress itself in my opinion. I don’t know anything about Office365 unfortunately but could it be that there is a configuration problem with that?

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Did you give the user admin rights? If not then please try to do so, otherwise we can’t see what you have done in the editor.
