Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

This code in Quick CSS, causes the issue:

.av-masonry-entry { width: 100% !important; min-height: 130px;}

Please remove it, I have disabled CSS file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance to check which file it was coming from but before I could remove the code I mentioned and enable CSS file merging and compression, I wasn’t able to reach your site.

Enfold theme doesn’t have that feature but there are some 3rd party plugins for podcast.

I have tested it again and it’s fixed if you use content instead of content_left, however for the second wyswyg editor since you’ll have that custom name it will show the html content and it will take a lot of time to fix since it’s more complicated than how it looks, which is outside the scope of our support. We apologize for the inconvenience :(

We apologize for the delay.
I have checked into your created element and it works properly.
There were no errors in web console as well.
I think the problem in the screenshot you gave might be the html code is pasted in Visual editor. Have you tried pasting the html code in Text editor then select the Visual editor after? this should convert it to h2 tag and anchor tag.

Hey rkjava,

1. This is fixed. In Settings > Reading, homepage was set to both as Homepage and Posts Page, I just set it to its default Your latest posts since you have set it in Theme Options.
Also, caching seems to be one of the cause of the issue, as a general rule don’t enable caching yet (or security) unless your site is ready for production.

2. It’s already showing as stretched now.

Did you add any custom code?
Can you try to remove one of the Enfold theme in Appearance > Themes? since currently there are 2 and might produce unnecessary results.

Hi Advantage09,

I just checked your site and noticed that when you upload an image, it does not generate other image sizes.
That’s what’s causing the issue, when an image is uploaded to the catalogue it looks for the square image size to use and if it can’t find it, it will just use the full image size.

We apologize for the delay.
I had tested this with another litespeed server and was able to import properly.
Same configurations as what you have except it’s just php 7.2, and max_execution_time is just 240.
The issue might be similar to https://kriesi.at/support/topic/demo-images-import-not-working/#post-847765 and https://kriesi.at/support/topic/no-images-importing-with-most-enfold-demos/ which is the server’s firewall blocking the ip.
