So the poll issue was not caused by enfold, however, I still have the attachment issue after fixing the CSS error…. It only occurs in google chrome when trying to post in the forum if you open and close the “attachments” button the attachments panel overlays the text editor causing the text editor to be blank… I can confirm this issue does not occur with the default wordpress theme… I have contacted simplepress but since the issue is not occurring with the default wordpress theme it has something to do with enfold…

In Promo Box shortcode you should click on the button then you will see button options under it.
And for hover state please add this code to Quick CSS

Topic: Enfold: Conditional Menu
I just purchased Enfold V 2.01. The V 1.9 release description says:
Version 1.9 makes sure that everything works with the new released WordPress 3.6, adds a lot of smaller improvements and removes some minor bugs. WordPress 3.6 improves the Menu interface and with Enfold we went a step further and now allow you to display conditional menu items (based on user status like logged in or logged out, based on the page you are currently viewing etc)
This feature can be activated by adding the add_theme_support(‘avia_conditionals_for_mega_menu’); flag to the top of your functions.php file
Does this flag need to be added to V 2.01 to activate the Conditional Menu feature? Thanks, Mike.
I am creating content for my blog in Enfold these days that will hopefully be read by my customers:). I don’t think most of them will leave a comment, but they might hit a Yes or No button to answer the question “Was this information useful?”
I guess what one needs is a plugin that will count and display the answers. I have not found any WordPress plugin doing this.
As far as I know, Enfold does not have any ready-to-use buttons that can do this. Please tell me if I am wrong, and if anyone knows of any plugin I can use, I will be very happy if you let me know.

Both suggestions work fine !
The button looks nearly similar now !
But if I could tweak it a bit, it would be perfect !
Could you please tell me how to change the color of the button, the color of the text on it and how to have both states also in hovered :-)

I have tried to comment out the logo ( as suggested in prior post) yet it crashes site each time. The code in the post seems different to the same url in my theme at the same location – maybe an update.
Please supply code to remove logo so there is no logo at all.
Please supply correct path to file so I can find it. this is the one I tried already.

I didn’t test the front end of Simple Press with Enfold yet and it’s possible that not all functions/features are fully compatible. At the moment I don’t have enough time to look into it because we work on theme/framework improvements which are important for us but I’d recommend to ask the plugin authors for help: http://simple-press.com/support-forum/
The attachment issue is probably related to a missing css file – I get following error message when I close the uploader:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://jessesneider.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes/advanced/skins/thebigreason/content.cssThe poll works for me and it also submits the vote. I didn’t notice any javascript conflicts or ajax error messages. I only noticed that it doesn’t display a “thank you” message but as soon as you reload the page the vote is there and it displays the voting results.

Yes that is the site Im working on. The loading bar shows in diffrent browsers, like in safari. If it doesn’t show it is a white page which is not right anyway…

1) It’s not possible to have contact form button in promo box, but you can remove the background image on the button to have a very similar look. Please add this code to Quick CSS

The enfold promo box has some kind of “3d” button design and for example the contact form has a nice flat design, that fits more to the theme !
Is it possible to have the contact form button design also in the promo box ?

And as you can see here: http://gaspar.ideenstart.de there is a big space between the text box and the promo box.
How can I change the (I guess) padding of the promo box ?

Topic: mega menu styling
Hi,
due to many responsive issues, i finally skipped ubermenu, using enfold`s native megamenu for http://www.musikzentrale.net.
It works great, but there is – as always, one thing i cannot figure out: How do i change the color for hover links for the last child menu/list items? Using firebug, i simply cannot find the respecting snippet where to change the hover color to something darker.

I have just bought Enfold template and wanted to change the homepage slider. I thought this template would be really simple so just clicked on layerslider WP, duplicate the slide “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever” , changed the slide picture background to a new one that I uploaded to my media, It looked great and everything looked fine in the preview function. I Changed in the “homepage” to my new slideshow “Enfold – most beautiful theme ever copy” And looked at my hompage. And the site was white with a loading bar, what am I doing wrong??
I just downloaded the new wordpress and the enfold.

I’ve implemented the code but the dates and comments are still clearly displayed on frontpage and in the blog section, called lessons on my site. They are not visible on single posts (you will not be able to check this as the articles are member protected).
Is there any other way to solve this?

Do you have the latest version of the theme? Please download Enfold 2.0.1 on your themeforest account. The backslash issue should be fixed on the latest update. Also, upgrade your WordPress installation to 3.6.

1) Please try to re-upload the wp-contentthemesenfoldconfig-layersliderLayerSlider folder and make sure that the folder permission is set to a reasonable value like 755. Make sure that the wp-contentthemesenfoldconfig-layersliderLayerSliderlayerslider.php file exists on your server.
2) Try to increase the allocated php memory to 128M: http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

I guess you want to disable the hover effect on certain images, if so you will simply need to add the “noLightbox” class to the hyperlink and the overlay won’t appear, example:

Is it possible to have the sliders in multi-language also?
I need my page in danish AND english – an i have text in my sliders and pictures and so on… So i need 2 sets of that also (one in danish one in english) – how is that to handle?
I dont know if my question is to understand. My english explanation is not the best.

Hello,
I have The Events Calendar Pro plugin installed on my site (latest version) and I noticed that on the actual calendar or event list pages, the Enfold navigation search does not work. You will noticed that if you click on the search icon in the nav bar on this page http://millcreekmetro.wpengine.com/events/ (hosted on WPengine) , what appears to be part of the search box popup styling shows up in the center bottom of the screen. I have Enfold 2.0.1 installed. Please let me know if there is something I can do to fix this. Thanks!
