    Hi Michael,

    You are seeing that message since you have selected to use the page in question as your footer. You can change the footer behaviour under Enfold->Footer.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    nav.main_menu #menu-item-3327 .avia-menu-text {
        background: red;
        padding: 10px 15px;
        color: white;
    }

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hey aintzerga,

    No, it’s not coming from Enfold.

    Dear team,

    Just today, I bought a 6 month Support Extension to my Item Enfold, but I still can’t post on your support forum when I log-in into the site.

    Can you please activate the Key and give me support?

    Thanks

    Strange “LiteSpeed Web Server” message in the WordPress admin panel.

    Hello.

    When accessing the administrator panel, a strange message appears:
    “Proudly powered by LiteSpeed Web Server
    Please be advised that LiteSpeed Technologies Inc. is not a web hosting company and, as such, has no control over content found on this site.”

    Is it something linked to Enfold?

    web link: https://cocinasmetodo.es/

    Thank you.

    Hi

    Please can you help. I get the following message when I try to edit a page or create a new one. This message also comes up when I go into the Enfold Theme settings

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 178257920) (tried to allocate 40960 bytes) in /services/webpages/c/i/cifial.co.uk/public/uk/wp-includes/class-wpdb.php on line 2425

    Checked with my hosing service and they confirm that the memory is 256MB and I am using PHP 7.4.

    Both my WordPress and Enfold Theme files are up to date.

    Have tried de-activating plug-ins and re-installing the Theme from Zip file but error persisits.

    You can view the Website perfectly fine and is functioning correctly, just cannot amend/edit/create pages.

    Any assistance would be great.

    Hey pachnerweb,
    The parallax demo only contains the Frontpage.
    I checked your site and the Frontpage was set as the homepage and the blog which was causing an error, so I corrected:
    Enfold_Support_3500.jpeg
    and now your Frontpage shows correctly, please check.
    If you want more demo pages try our Enfold 2017 Demo, or you can just clone and edit the parallax frontpage to suit.
    Please note that typically installing multiple demos on the same site will override the theme settings with each demo, but you could try exporting the parallax demo theme settings at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Import/Export ▸ Export Theme Settings File and rename the frontpage so it won’t be overwritten and then import another demo and then import the parallax demo theme settings again. This should preserve the parallax demo frontpage but some of the styles and settings for the new demo may not be as expected, be you will have the page element structure that you can adjust to suit.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Glad that this helped, I found emoji flags here and added one to each of your menu labels, and this seemes to work good:
    Enfold_Support_3496.jpeg
    Please note that when you add a flag it looks like country code until you save it, but then it looks correct.
    Enfold_Support_3498.jpeg
    Please check and try this on your other sites.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    Ok, sorry we were not more help. Thanks for using Enfold.

    Hallo,
    leider kann ich selbst nicht rausfinden woran der Fehler liegt.

    Ich bekomme von WordPress folgende Fehlermeldung:

    WordPress hat eine eingebaute Funktion, die erkennt, wenn ein Plugin oder ein Theme einen fatalen Fehler auf deiner Website verursacht, und dich deswegen mit dieser automatisierten E-Mail benachrichtigt.

    Hey!

    Is it possible to have a empty column on the footer? If yes, i will set 3 columns and I’ll leave a column blank.

    You can set footer columns to “4” in Enfold theme options > Footer, go to Appearance > Widgets, and place an empty Text widget in the widget area that you’d like to leave empty.

    In reply to: Menu buttons overlay

    Hey,

    Editing the Font Hover Color of the Menu Links in overlay/slide out in Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling should change the hover color. It doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. We’ll fix it in the upcoming version.

    For now, please add the following code to the bottom of the Quick CSS field and adjust the color as needed:

    .html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all div .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul li:hover a, #top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul li a:hover {
       color: #ff0000;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hey gb,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    This should be possible with a Fullwidth Submenu element. Please add the element in the page, go to the Advanced > Developer Settings panel, then add the class name “av-floating-sub-menu” in the Custom CSS Class field. Afterwards, add the following css code to make the submenu float at the bottom of the page.

    #top .av-floating-sub-menu {
        position: fixed !important;
        bottom: 50px;
        width: 70%;
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
        border-radius: 50px;
        top: auto !important;
    }

    If you want the submenu to display on all pages without manually adding it in the editor, extract the shortcode of the element by enabling the debug mode, then use template hooks such as ava_after_content_templatebuilder_page.

    add_action('ava_after_content_templatebuilder_page', function() {
      // place the submenu shortcode here
    }, 10);

    To enable the debug mode, please check the documentation below.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hey Daniel,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    The theme requires the audio shortcode in order to display an audio player in the blog overview page. It won’t recognize an audio block and will not display a player in that format or style. Unfortunately, this customization will require significant amount of modifications to the theme and is beyond our scope of support. If you are interested in doing this on your own, you will find the avia_audio_content_filter filter in the enfold/includes/helper-post-format.php file, which is responsible for displaying the audio player.

    If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi, I am interested in creating a one page design using the Enfold theme and wondering if there is a way to create a floating Nav Bar that hovers at the lower center of the web page.

    Any ideas / suggestions?

    Here is a reference link to a web page utilizing this kind of design:

    Hey ricedean,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    That is the default border color of the valid input fields. You can adjust the border by adding this css code.

    #top #wrap_all .valid .text_input, #top #wrap_all .valid .text_area, #top #wrap_all .valid .select {
        border: 1px solid #7296cd;
    }

    Please toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    First, you have to add this code in the functions.php file to register the Tripadvisor icon.

    // Register tripadvisor icon as a theme icon
    function avia_add_custom_icon($icons) {
    $icons['Tripadvisor'] = array( 'font' =>'tripadvisor', 'icon' => 'uf262');
    return $icons;
    }
    add_filter('avf_default_icons','avia_add_custom_icon', 10, 1);

    // Add new icon as an option for social icons
    function avia_add_custom_social_icon($icons) {
    $icons['Tripadvisor'] = 'Tripadvisor';
    return $icons;
    }
    add_filter('avf_social_icons_options','avia_add_custom_social_icon', 10, 1);

    //Add items on the social share section
    add_filter('avia_social_share_link_arguments', 'avia_add_social_share_link_arguments', 10, 1);
    function avia_add_social_share_link_arguments($args) {
    	$new_array = array(
    		'Tripadvisor' => array(
    			"encode"=>true, "encode_urls"=>false, "pattern" => "https://www.tripadvisor.com://send?text=[title]-[permalink]"
    		)
    	);

    	return array_merge($new_array, $args);
    }

    After that, go to the Enfold > Social Profiles, click the plus (+) symbol below the Facebook entry, select Tripadvisor from the dropdown, then add your Tripadvior account URL in the Social Icon URL field. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    If you want the modification to remain after an update, you have to install a child theme and move the modification to the child theme’s functions.php file. If you haven’t installed a child theme yet, please check the link below.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/#how-child-themes-work

    The Apple Podcast icon is not included in the theme by default, so you will have to find an SVG version of it and convert it to an icon font using the Fontello icon converter. You can then upload it to the Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager. Please check the documentation below for more info.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-

    Hey suthernstrawberry,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can add this css code to keep the top Header Secondary Menu visible on scroll.

    .html_header_top.html_header_sticky #header {
        margin-top: 0 !important;
    }

    Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings in order to ensure that the changes take effect.

    When I click on the submit button the form field colors turn to green instead of blue like the submit button on rollover. The green appears to be a holdover from the green styling that the enfold theme comes with. I can’t figure out the css to fix. Can you help?

    I am looking through the demo for Enfold 2017, and wondering if there is a slider, carousel, or rotator that can display Posts?

    We create posts about events that will happen soon (concert, workshop, class, public meetings, etc.) and are looking for a theme or feature that will display the posts so that people will see the different events (Posts) that will happen in the near future.

    Does Enfold have a solution that will do this?

    Hey John,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    It is not visible because the Custom Border Color is not being applied to the separator, causing it to default to white. Please try update the theme to version 5.6.6, then temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings. Let us know if the issue persists.

    Best regards,

    In reply to: Enfold Link Color

    Hi bbarasa,

    You can set the colour of the strong tag under Enfold->Advanced Styling.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,
    Sorry my example may have been confusing, I checked your base site and see your language menu:
    Enfold_Support_3486.jpeg
    so this is good if you want to show the language menu in the topbar, to do so choose the menu location:
    Enfold_Support_3488.jpeg
    and then choose to show it in the theme settings:
    Enfold_Support_3490.jpeg
    Or you can add the language menu items to the main menu:
    Enfold_Support_3492.jpeg
    in this case you might wish to add a folder called “lang” or anything you wish to hold all of your language links, this is what I had in mind in my other screenshot
    Enfold_Support_3494.jpeg
    I hope this explains better.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey Elske ,

    The version of the the theme that you are running does not support newer versions of PHP. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.6.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
