Hi,

That connection error seems to be a temporary one as it loads fine on my end as well. Connection errors with database are not theme related and out of the scope of our support. Nevertheless we try to help :)

I already updated Enfold before posting my previous message. Both backend and frontend loads fine so i am guessing the issue is resolved. Please review your website.

Sorry for the confusion. I believe the issue is RTL related. I tried adding following code to bottom of Functions.php file of your child theme
```
function av_hide_alb() {
  echo '<style>.rtl .avia-style textarea {
    direction: ltr;
}</style>';
}
add_action('admin_head', 'av_hide_alb');
```
However it did not save. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well?

Hi,

There seems to be connection issue with your database. I tried logging in to phpMyAdmin however login credentials in wp-config.php file did not work. I believe due to that connection error, WordPress installation page is showing up now.
Could you please post database logins here privately as well? Also, do you have a backup of your database?

I updated the theme on your production site as well. You may need to flush your browsers cache and refresh your page a few times. Both backend and frontend loads fine on my end, attached screenshots in private content field.

@zielina Please go to /wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP and delete “enfold” folder and re-install it – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp. If that does not help, please start a new thread under Enfold sub forum and attach FTP and WP admin logins in private content field. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well.

I edited your page, clicked “Screen options” on the top right corner, enabled Custom Fields and noticed “header” was set to “no”. I set it to “yes” and updated your page – https://i.imgur.com/AtqncTW.png

Please go to /wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP and delete enfold folder and re-install it via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp
Issue occurs when folders are merged instead of being overwritten and re-installing the theme should solve the issue.

If it does not, please post FTP and WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.

Hi Swotes,

You have “Load google fonts in footer” checked in Enfold theme options > Performance tab. As mentioned in description “Loading the fonts in your footer will speed up the site rendering, but also cause a small flicker of text on page load”. Please uncheck the option to solve flickering issue.

That is because of the font family you are using. I added following code to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Quick CSS
```
.single-product div.product .product_title {
    padding-top: 5px;
}
```

I checked your website but both posts load fine on my end. However shortcodes you used in following post are not Enfold’s shortcodes. Please consider using Advanced Layout Builder to create your blog posts instead :)

Hi Michael,

Please go to Settings > Permalinks and set them to default, save and then set it to post name and save again and check if that helps. If it does not, please try de-activating all active plugins. If that too does not help, please post WP admin logins here privately so we can look into it.
