Updates are not limited. 6 months of support is included in your purchase. You can extend it to 12 months or choose not to extend after your support expires. Only support is paid and it is optiona but as i mentioned, you will receive updates free of charge.

Hey,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Envato has updated their API and we implemented those changes in Enfold therefore you would need to update Enfold to the latest version 4.5 manually via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/

Please make sure you are using PHP 5.6 or higher. I believe after upgrading your PHP version (preferably to PHP 7.x) you will not experience such issue.

Hey,

There was a small typo in the code, i changed it to following

}

and now only “hentry” and “Event” show up on my end on Google structured data testing tool. Please review your website :)

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with PHP7.2. We have added many improvements, fixes and additional features to Enfold since version 3.3.2 and trying to fix issues on your currently installation would take so much time.

We would recommend you to purchase an Enfold licence and update Enfold to the latest version 4.5 which is compatible with PHP 7.2.
If you purchase your own license, you would be able to receive auto updates of theme using a personal token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#what-is-an-envato-personal-token and to register to our support forum using your purchase code to receive support by us whenever necessary :)

Enfold and Choices themes use different template builders. Enfold’s Advanced Layout Builder has drag and drop and preview features. You might need to recreate your pages when you transfer to Enfold however since Enfold is the most powerful, flexible and user-friendly theme we have ever created, it would be easier and quicker to create your existing pages with more modern looks :)

Hi Eric,

Envato updated their API, therefore we needed to adjust auto updater function in Enfold files.

It currently works fine but since updated code is in Enfold 4.5, manual update would be necessary, either via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp or alternatively, you can install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/, download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and theme will be updated.

Also, some users reported an issue validating personal token – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#what-is-an-envato-personal-token. Our devs suspect that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests. If that happens to be the case, please try validating your personal token in incognito mode – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

Auto updater should function correctly again after updating to Enfold 4.5 and inserting a valid personal token in Enfold theme options.
