I simply went to Enfold theme options > Performance and checked “Delete old CSS and JS files?”, saved, unchecked and saved again and that seemed to help with cache issue. Mobile menu shows up fine on my end at the moment. Please flush browser cache and review your website :)

Envato updated their API, therefore we needed to adjust auto updater function in Enfold files.

It currently works fine but since updated code is in Enfold 4.5, manual update would be necessary, either via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp or alternatively, you can install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/, download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and theme will be updated.

Also, our devs suspect that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests. If that happens to be the case, please try validating your personal token in incognito mode – https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en

If you would like us to update the theme for you, please post WP admin logins here privately

You can simply overwrite /wp-content/themes/enfold folder via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold or alternatively, you can install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/, download the latest version of Enfold from ThemeForest and upload it in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload and theme will be updated.

1- Please go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” and then edit your image element and give it a custom CSS class (“my-custom-class” in example below) and then add following code to Quick CSS field in Enfold theme options > General Styling tab

.my-custom-class.avia-image-container {
    margin-bottom: 0!important;
}

2- Could you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it?
3- You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Could you please update Enfold to the latest version 4.5 via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#reinstall-or-update-using-ftp. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the theme from ThemeForest and then install this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/ and then update the theme by uploading Enfold 4.5 in Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload.
You can now edit Masonry element and disable animation :)

Hi Dominique,

There might be some sort of server side caching and it is probably emptied after checking the checkbox.
If you are not planning to use a cache plugin, you can keep the box checked.

Our devs commented on the issue and i quote

Envato API: Some user reported, that validating the token only works in incognito mode for them. One reason could be, that Envato stores cookies with login data/connection data in the browser and therefore might block requests.

When we find out the exact reason, we will comment more on the issue :)
