    Hi,

    Unfortunately, yes. Envato API has changed and we have updated it in theme files in Enfold 4.5 therefore when using previous versions of the theme, manual update via FTP is necessary. API keys are replaced by Personal Tokens.

    I checked your website on Chrome and tried increasing and decreasing amount of product and was able to add it to cart.
    To make sure we are on the same page, could you please post a screenshot showing the issue you are having and write down the steps so we can reproduce it?

    You would need to update Enfold to the latest version 4.5.5 in order to make the theme compatible with the latest version of WordPress.

    Please ask your client to contact their previous developer and request the latest version of the theme, so you can update the theme via FTP, personal token, to insert in Enfold theme options to receive auto updates and purchase code, so you can register to our support forum – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ and start new threads under Enfold sub forum :)

    Yes, regular license of Enfold is $59 and we do not have $11 version. Pirate sites might be selling illegal copies for that price so please do not purchase them as you will not receive purchase and access to theme files :)

    Hi,

    Could you please go to Enfold theme options > Performance and make sure “Load google fonts in footer” is unchecked?

    Default Fontello fonts including social icons are installed on your server. You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/social-share-buttons/#how-to-add-custom-social-icons-to-enfold-options and add additional ones.

    Also, would you consider displaying pre-loader and Page Transitions? You could enable it in Enfold theme options and your pages would be displayed after they are fully load.

    Thanks for contacting us and clearly explaining the situation.

    1- Yes, they are. Enfold version you are currently using is not compatible with your WordPress version and updating the theme would solve these issues.
    2- Since the way Envato API work has changed, you would need to update the theme manually and to do that, you would need access to theme files/ThemeForest account which was used to purchase the theme.
    3- If you could contact your former webmaster, you could request the latest version of the theme, your purchase code and a Personal Token from them and update the the theme however since this is not the case, i am afraid you may need to purchase a new license.
    4- You can purchase a regular license Enfold here.

    The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and an API key. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.

    If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.

    Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.

    I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

Since you are using a very old version, you may need to reconfigure some options/settings however those should not be major fixes. Please create a testing environment and update the theme there to be on the safe side :)

    You should be able to go to – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990 and click “Buy License” tab on the right side to purchase another license https://prnt.sc/n2mb55. Many users have multiple licenses therefore it should not be the case for you.

    You would not be able to register – https://kriesi.at/support/register/ two accounts with the same email address on our support forum though.

    Enfold displays two different event meta bar, one for desktop and one for mobile. There is no error in console but div, which should have Google maps code inside, is empty on mobile version of meta bar.

    Could you please create temporary admin login for one of the sites where Google maps does not load and share it with us privately?

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Linkinize goz attim ama sorunu cozmussunuz gibi geldi. Ok tuslarina tiklayinca oyunlarin one cikan gorselleri geliyor ve oyunlardan ikisinin (gizli alana yazdim isimlerini) linkleri calisiyor. O iki oyuna uyguladiginiz sekilde diger oyunlar icinde linkleri uygulayabilir misiniz?

    Sayfanizi duzenleyip hem Gonderi Slider’i hemde Masonry elementi ekleyin ve iki elementide duzenleyip “screen options” sekmesi altindan Gonderi Slider elementini mobilde gizlemeyi, Masonry elementinide masaustunde gizlemeyi secin.

    Sonrasinda Enfold theme options > Layout Builder > Show element options for developers secenegini secin. Elementlerde Custom CSS class alani aktif olacak ve sayede her elemente CSS sinifi verebileceksiniz. Masonry elementinizi duzenleyip bir CSS sinifi verin (ornegin “mobil-masonry”) ve sonrasinda assagidaki kodu Appearance > Editor sekmesi icerisinden Functions.php dosyasinin en altina ekleyin

    Hi Frank,

    I checked your website on Chrome on macOs and attached a screencast in private content field. It does not flicker on my end like it does on Victoria’s. Only social icon does. I checked our demos and definitely there is not such flicker there. Therefore i am thinking it might be related to your performance options in Enfold theme options. Could you please try adjusting them and install a caching plugin and check the results once again?

    I updated Enfold to the latest version 4.5.5. Since you were using a very old version, you might need to adjust the options in Enfold theme options. Backup of the theme version you were using is located inside /wp-content/uploads folder

    It seems like you have added your custom CSS as following

    }

    instead of

    .image-overlay {
    display: none !important;
    opacity: 0 !important;
    }

    Attached a screenshot in private content field below. Please correct it and elaborate on the changes you would like to make. Since you added HTML to your page, i did not want to adjust it as it will simply hide your image and not the overlay :)

    You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Layout Builder and check “Show element options for developers” and then edit your image element, give it a custom CSS class and then use following code in Quick CSS to hide its image overlay

    .your-custom-class .image-overlay { display: none !important; }
