    You also did not say that you have activated it. We cannot just assume that you did and skip that crucial step. Next time, please provide as much information as possible so we would not waste time :)

    We released Enfold 4.5.5 yesterday. Please update the theme to the latest version, then go to Enfold theme options > Performance and “Scan Widgets for Theme Shortcodes”.

    Yes, however you still would not have access to theme files since you do not have access to ThemeForest account.

    Since right click is disabled on your site, i could not check which version of the theme you are using. Which version are you currently using?

    1- I edited your page, clicked “Screen options” on the top right corner and checked “Discussion”. Then scrolled down and checked “enable discussion” and now it shows up on your page.

    2- You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#shortcode and copy the shortcodes of elements to use them in widget areas.

    It would be better to purchase the license on your clients ThemeForest account. Unfortunately there are many agencies/developers who purchase theme on their own account and when they no longer work with their clients, that causes inconvenience for the client. Many times clients need to re-purchase the theme on their account when manual update is necessary.

    If you do not think that would be the case, you can purchase it on your account, give purchase to your client so they register to our support forum and contact us whenever they have a question or an issue and insert Personal Token into Enfold theme options so they would receive auto updates of the theme.

    You would need to edit each page you would like to display transparent header and choose it under Layout section.     Thanks for contacting us and sorry to hear about the situation.

    We do have old versions of Enfold however 1.8.4 is very very old and we do not seem to have that one. The oldest version we have seems to be 2.8.

    Since you are going to need to work on your site, we would recommend you to update Enfold, WordPress and your plugins to the latest versions. You probably were using a very old version of WordPress as well and that is definitely not recommended as there have been many security updates.

    Please also make sure you are using PHP version 5.6 or higher.

    We have general troubleshooting instructions here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails- however contact form working on certain browsers and not working on others does not sound right. If you are using browser add-ons, maybe there was a conflict between Enfold’s contact form and those add-ons. Nevertheless, glad you found a solution :)

    I changed your code to following one

    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px) {

	padding-top: 15px; 
}

  padding-top: 0px; 
}
}

    It was in /enfold/css/custom.css file and i moved it to Quick CSS field in your child theme options.

    That little jump is expected. I used top padding to smoothen it a bit. Please review your website.
