Hi,
I am afraid the only way to get full support and theme updates is by having access to a Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme.
The easiest way would be to get in touch with your developer and ask him for the purchase code and a Personal Token. That would allow you to create a forum account here (one that got access to more than the pre-sale question area) and would also allow you to update the theme from your backend.
If you cant get in touch with your developer for whatever reason, you can also try to contact Envato support and ask them if its possible for them to credit the purchase to a Themeforest account of your own: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
However this will probably only work if your developer already sent you a payment receipt or something similar for the purchase.Last option would be to create a themeforest account of your own and use it to re-purchase the theme.
I hope one of the first two options works out for you, but unfortunately we can’t help until we have a valid verification that the theme was purchased properly. This is necessary for us, since there are quite a few people out there who don’t buy the theme on themeforest and instead download it for free on illegal file sharing sites and then even have the audacity to ask us for support.

I tried hovering on menu icon and then hovering once again when menu is opened but “menu” text has not showed up for me.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

You are not using a very old version of the theme, therefore there should not be any issues with your website when you update the theme.
You can purchase an Enfold license here – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990?ref=Kriesi.
Then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/ to register your theme and then you should receive auto update.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, 3.5.2. Updating Enfold to the latest version 4.5.5 (which also has updated version of LayerSlider plugin) would solve the compatibility issue you are having.

You would definitely need a plugin for such feature. In my humble opinion, this feature is too specific to be included in premium themes.
I made a quick search on Google and found these plugins – https://wordpress.org/plugins/web-to-print-online-designer/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/udraw/. I am pretty sure there are paid alternatives as well but unfortunately i do not have any experience with such plugins and cannot recommend you one.

Issue seem to occur when boxed layout is chosen and there are Featured Image Sliders on the page. HTML is somehow broken and only deleting sliders fix it. I enabled debugging mode – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode but shortcode parser does not show any errors.
I will report the issue to our devs. Please kindly wait to hear from us :)
Edit: I created a test page which is a copy of your homepage and deleted all elements except for Featured Image Sliders and page loads fine. I could not reproduce the issue on my local installation either. I will ask my teammates to check your page to see if they can figure out what exactly is breaking HTML.
