Following fixes for 5.3 will be included in Enfold 4.6.4 which will be available within a week or so

– fixed: WP 5.3 Media Uploader not showing sizes selectbox (theme option page upload image button)
– fixed: WP 5.3 CSS theme option page selectboxes only partially clickable

If you do not mind those issues, you can update otherwise, please kindly wait for Enfold 4.6.4 :)

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold and updating it to the latest version would fix the issues you are experiencing.

You may need to re-configure header and widgets settings but other than that, updating the theme should go smooth. We would recommend you to update it via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp

I replaced /enfold/js/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js file with – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_6_3/avia-snippet-cookieconsent.js in Appearance > Editor. Fix will be included in upcoming version. Please review your website :)

We can create the page for you :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
3. Click ” Create New “.
4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use wordpress@kriesi.at ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
   ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
5. Click ” Submit “.
6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Hi,

They actually created separate pages for artists, added linked names on top and linked images + names on bottom.
Instead of creating pages, you can add your artists as portfolio items – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-grid/#creating-new-portfolio-items and change slug from “portfolio-item” to “artist” etc. in Settings > Permalinks.

Hey,

Header issue is related to header.php file in your child theme. Deleting it or applying the changes you applied on it on new header.php file will fix the issue. Have you modified all files included in your child theme?
