Could you please try setting your text size to 49px? That should increase the width of the text and keep it on the same line :)

1- Please go to Enfold theme options > General Styling > Fonts and increase “Default content font size”.

2- You can adjust widget options in Appearance > Widgets however that is not the default behaviour of WooCommerce Product Categories widget. Please consider to hire a freelance developer if you need such filter as it would be out of the scope of our support :)

That is because you have following custom CSS code in style.css file of your child theme

.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a:hover, .av-main-nav ul li.current-menu-item a {
    color: white !important;
    background-color: #00afef !important;
}

I added following code right above it

.header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li.av-burger-menu-main > a,
.av-main-nav ul li.av-burger-menu-main a { 
    background-color: transparent !important; 
}

}

You could insert Google Maps element under Media Elements tab of ALB instead of using shortcode in Text Block element :)

Please add following code to Functions.php file in Appearance > Editor

add_filter('avia_post_nav_settings','avia_remove_fullwidth_slider_check', 10, 1);
function avia_remove_fullwidth_slider_check($settings)
{
$settings['is_fullwidth'] = false;
return $settings;
}

Post nav is disabled on portfolio items that has fullwidth elements by default.

1- You can go to Enfold theme optioons > Header and increase header height and logo would adapt. Then you can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling to hide logo when scrolled down

.header-scrolled .av-logo-container {
    display: none;
}

2- You can simply edit your pages and choose to display transparent header under layout section – https://imgur.com/a/NzT1dd6 :)
