Sorry for the confusion. I thought you were using button or button with border menu styles on your desktop menu and their styling was not applying on burger menu. We have fixed this and will include in upcoming version.
I edited “Menu Links in overlay/slide out” in Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling tab. Styling defined for desktop and mobile menu items are separate. Please review your website :)

I also noticed you are currently using an older version of Enfold. We recommend our users to keep Enfold, WordPress and plugins up-to-date to avoid having compatibility issues. Please update Enfold to the latest version 4.7.3 – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/. After that, you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token and insert it in Enfold theme options to receive future updates :)

Unfortunately, only way to have an access to theme files is by having an access to ThemeForest account used when purchasing the theme. Could you please contact Envato support and ask them to help retrieve your ThemeForest account? Then you could download the latest version of the theme from your profile and also access your purchase code and register to our support forum :)

After updating the file, have you temporarily disabled file compressing in Enfold theme options > Performance and flushed cache?
If suggestions above do not help, please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it :)

I logged in to your site but it seems like you have updated your menu. We are going to need to see the issue to be able to solve it so could you please set back previous menu and let us know?
Also, I noticed that you are currently not using the latest version of Enfold. You can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ to update it. Then you can refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and generate a Personal Token to insert in Enfold theme options. Then you should receive update notifications and be able to update the theme from WP dashboard :)

I just checked your website on my iphone on IOS 13.3.1 but i cannot reproduce the issue.
In your homepage, you chose to display header when scrolled down. I scroll down a bit, header appears, I click on menu icon, I am able to scroll up and down in your burger menu. However when I scroll to top (from the area next to burger menu), header and menu disappears as expected.
If that is what you meant, you can disable it on mobile by adding following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options > General Styling
@media only screen and (max-width: 676px) { #top .av_header_scrolldown.av_header_transparency { opacity: 1; margin-top: 0 !important; }}If that is not what you meant, could you please share a screencast so we can make sure that we are on the same page? :)

It is actually there but not visible due to color. I highlighted it and attached a screenshot in private content field below.
You also set “Vercaro” menu item as mega menu. You can edit your menu item in Appearance > Menus and choose not to display it as mega menu and all sub menu items should be visible :)

I was testing your contact form and realized i can only reproduce the issue when i am not logged in. I went ahead and disabled WP Fastest Cache plugin and that seem to help.

You can simply go to Enfold theme options > Advanced Styling > Linked Image Overlays and disable the overlay. You do not need to use custom CSS code for that any longer :)

1- I played around with options a bit however it is going to take some time. Could you please create another slider for mobile and display it on mobile instead? :)
2- I edited your page and placed your section inside a Color Section element with “mobile-contact” ID – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu/#toggle-id-137 and then edited your button layer and linked it to “#mobile-contact”.

Envato has updated their API and thus API keys are no longer working. You can read more about it and find update instructions here – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/updating-to-enfold-4-5-and-validating-personal-token/#post-1032609
The latest version of Enfold is compatible with PHP 7.x as well.
You should not have any issues updating the theme from such old version but to be on the safe side, please create a testing environment and update the theme there. If you run into any issues after updating the theme, we can login to your testing installation and help you correct those :)
