You can simply login on ThemeForest with the account you used to purchase the theme and go to Downloads page to download the latest version.
In case you no longer have access to the account or to the person who purchased the theme for you, then you would need to re-purchase the theme and update it via FTP – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/#update-via-ftp. Then please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert Personal Token in Enfold theme options so you would receive auto updates from WordPress dashboard and keep the theme updated.
Updating the theme should not change the design :)I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions!

Unfortunately our older themes including Replete are no longer supported. You can read Kriesi’s post about it here – https://kriesi.at/archives/wordpress-5-0-and-enfold-4-5-1.
You are using the latest available version of Replete, which was the final compatibility release before discontinuing.

We are sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to stop them. We only sell the theme and how people use it is completely up to users.
I honestly do not think they even purchased the theme legally if they are scammers.Please do report them though – https://www.usa.gov/stop-scams-frauds. I am not sure if your friend could get their money back but at least you may help stop other innocent people from getting scammed.

I could reproduce the issue and also noticed that when you set to display 40 posts per page, it works fine.
I think this could be related to one of your plugins. Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If it does, you can activate them one by one to find the culprit :)Best regards,

You had CSS code in “Custom CSS Class” field of Tab Container element in German version of the page. I deleted it and that helped. You should only insert a class name there such as “my-custom-class”, then you can use it in selector to target that specific element in Quick CSS field as following
.my-custom-class { opacity: 0.5; }Please review your website :)

I heard back from our devs. They have worked on a fix for this however it was not added because Kriesi and our devs decided it was too risky as it could break something else. Main concerns are special characters and broken HTML (many users use invalid HTML and that breaks ALB). For special characters, we have a plugin – https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/tree/master/integration%20plugins/Enfold/Special%20Character%20Translation/avia-special-characters however we do not have a solution for broken HTML so far. So it is still needed.
