VinayHey kilimats,
Thank you for reaching us out.
Did you try changing the font size from the element “Screen option”?
If that don’t work for you Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
/* CSS - Full Screen Slider caption */ @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) and (min-width: 480px) { .responsive #top .slideshow_caption h2 { font-size: 20px !important; }} /* End CSS */
Best regards,
VinayHey Priscilla Borges,
Thank you for contacting us, I’m sorry to say that we do not have a live demo.
If you are planning to use a third party page builder you can simply deactivate enfold page builder. That way there won’t be any conflict :)
As far as I know, there is no known issue with the Smart Slider.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have more questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey Jillian,
Would you mind providing a precise link to the page, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,

Have you tried the page based footer?
It allows you to assign page based footer. Once assigned make changes to the page and the changes will reflect on all page footer.
Please give this a try :)

Please refer to this thread to fix the google maps issue
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/parse-error-when-updating-to-latest-version/#post-963219Have you tried the API key elsewhere to confirm the API key is correct? If possible could you try the API key is working?
I see an error message in console which means the API key is incorrect.
Did you set up a billing account to get the API key?
Best regards,
VinayHey KELmedia,
I checked your site on both Chrome and IE. I did not notice any difference in the fonts at all.
I noticed the cross below the images. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
VinayHi,
I checked your site on my android device with chrome and FF browser. The site loads fine on my end.
It could be possible the issue is local to your phone please check if you have any extensions installed on your browser like an ad block or something else which could be causing this issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,

Please check the documentation https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-upload-custom-fonts
Let us know if you still have an issue.

Are you using any plugin related to gstatic? It’s loading the external fonts.
Please try to disable active plugins and check if this helps.

VinayHi,
The best approach for you is to create a staging server so you can try all new things on a staging site then perform the same on the live site.
Is it possible for you to create a staging site and try to update the site via FTP by deleting the enfold folder and uploading a latest version?
Please check the documentation for more info https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please remove the code below from Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
#top .avia-smallarrow-slider-heading { display: none; }
The above code is hiding the heading element.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please install an Image optimization plugin like Optimus or ShortPixel. This will ensure all your images will be optimized.
The thumbnails should be regenerated after installing the optimization plugin again.Best regards,
VinayJune 2, 2018 at 12:06 am in reply to: Hide or remove the "Fullwidth Area" under the Logo + Main Menu Area #965605Hi,
Thank you for the screenshot, the fullwidth area you mentioned is an example of how the frontend will look.
In most cases, it’s the “Title and Breadcrumbs” To hide this element please go to Header > Header Layout > Header Title and Breadcrumbs
However to provide you with an accurate solution we need to see the frontend of your site. If this does not work please get back to us with a link to your site :)Best regards,
VinayHi,
The above mentioned link should open for you if it does not please go to https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/menu and check the logo center split menu section please :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
This is a bit outdated solution please check out the documentation for the latest fix
Please remove the old code before you start again :)
If you have any issue do not worry we are here to help you.
Best regards,
VinayHey Noucky,
I checked your site on my android phone and the mobile menu works fine.
We need to be able to see the issue to fix it. Please deactivate the plugin so we can investigate the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please try using the 1 pixel gap instead of the large gap which is % based hence the gap between the images will change based on the browser width.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
What is the purpose of adding this script? Have you checked the documentation or the script installation guide?

VinayHi,

VinayHi,
Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, You can give this plugin a try You can try this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/sliding-enquiry-form/ or hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
