The theme does not store the subscription data. We have very little control over mailchimp. Please get in touch with the mailchimp support and let us know what they have to say about this. We will be happy to help you!

Thank you for sharing the code, I’m unable to verify if this works.
Please refer to the documentation which will guide you how to highlight the menu items.
Remove the previous code before adding new code to achieve the same result as it may cause a conflict.
You also need to clear the cache to view the changes.

The double opt-in is already enabled in the theme.
There seems to be an issue on the mailchimp end as enfold does not store the emial address.
Can you please try and delete my email address which I subscribed earlier. So I can try and subscribe again.Best regards,

I created a test page and it seems to work fine.
It is very unusual that the background image will disappear like that. Most probably it will be a caching issue or a plugin conflict.
First, deactivate all plugins and clear the cache
Hard refresh the page and check for the issue.
If you still have an issue please share a precise link to the page, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

It is hard to say if the theme will suit your needs as I’m not aware of your requirements. However, there are many real estate companies using enfold theme to build their sites. I checked your API key and it seems to work fine on my local installation.
Please try activating the Enfold main theme and check if the maps work.
You can export the child theme settings and then import it back to the main theme if switching the theme change the way your site looks.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login URL does not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

Thank you for trying out the steps.
I checked your site and removed the jQuery and deactivated the plugins for testing purpose. For some reason, the jQuery did not make any difference.
It was probably a caching issue.
I tried the CSS code again and the background image changes on the mobile version. Please check the test page :)

There are several ways you can update the theme and we have listed them in the documentation

A large gap after the top bar appeared (Exactly where the phone info is) on my android phone when I checked your site.
There may be an issue with the content added in the phone info field. Please remove the phone info and all related modification for testing purpose.
Follow the steps mentioned in the documentation
And lastly, clear the cache to delete the cached files and view the changes properly :)

I was able to reproduce the issue on your site by creating a test page.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

I read the conversation and you mention that the circled logo is incorrect.
The logo I see now is the full name instead of the initial “N” which is circled in your screenshots.
If you still have any issue, please clarify and be more specific about the changes you need?
