Thank you for contacting us.
I checked your site to highlight the menu item please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
/* CSS - Current Menu highlight */ .current-menu-item { background: gold; }

VinayJanuary 25, 2019 at 7:24 am in reply to: Logo Left, Address Text Right, Menu Centered below #1058495Hey bemodesign,
Please follow the steps provided in the documentation and add your address in the widget area instead of the buttons as showin the example.
Please make sure you get the correct header settings as mentioned in the docs “Logo left, Menu right” for the code to work :)

VinayHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
I checked the test page you created but I’m unable to edit the element as the shortcode provided is inside a code block.
Please enable the debug mode and insert the shortcode provided inside the empty space that is available at the bottom of the page/post.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
To bind the boat image with its description text please use the grid element as my colleague Nikko suggested earlier because this type of layout cannot be done using columns.
In case you like to adjust the width of the grid please check this link.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with the layout you are looking to achieve, we will be happy to help you :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Please make sure you have the correct header settings as mentioned in the docs for the code to work :)
Best regards,

VinayHey ilonka78,
Did you select the correct style in Appearance > Menu ?
Please refer to the menu docs for more info.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
You can try a bigger image like 800 x 200 px but let me tell you the header background image is scaled independently from the logo so it is not possible to position them in relation to each other on different screen size. The logo may overlap the background image text.
What I recommend is to add a header widget area instead.
Please check https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#header-widget-positionLet us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
You have set the submenu to open when hover but unfortunately mobile device do not support hover function. Please set the menu option to open when clicking the parent menu from Enfold > Main Menu > Burger/Mobile menu > Menu Icon Submenu items > Display on click
For more info please refer to the menu docs.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
I checked your site and the header looks fine to me. Please elaborate what exactly do you want to fix?
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please check the logo customization guide for more information.
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHi,
I can see that the margin you have applied is working but looks like it is not the correct values you have entered. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
Best regards,
VinayHey LAMAviation,
Thank you for writing to us.
Yes, you can change the icon size or the icon itself. Please refer to the burger menu customization guide.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
/* CSS - */ @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top .avia-testimonial-meta-mini { padding-top: 10px !important; clear: both; text-align: center; }}

VinayJanuary 19, 2019 at 2:17 pm in reply to: Cover photo on mobile | font size on posts without sitebar #1055856Hi,
Sorry for the confusion I was pointing out to the code provided by Ismael in the previous ticket.
You can also add the below code along with it to fix the single blog post image in mobile.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top .big-preview.single-big { padding: 0 0px 10px 0 !important; }}
Just to summarise
Add my code and Ismaels code to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.

- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
You are currently running an outdated version of the theme. Please update your theme tot he latest version by going to the WordPress dashboard > Update
Please check the theme update section of the docs for more info. After updating your theme please register using the Envato token.
After updating the theme the javascript should load properly :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the credentials. I checked for the padding issue on the columns and was able to successfully set up 30px padding on the columns.
Please check the screenshot below. Once you click on the column and go to the layout tab, uncheck the options “Apply the same value to all?” (unless you require top and bottom padding) and set 30px padding to the left and right.
I have verified this works by setting different padding values and I assure you that there is no issue with the theme.
I believe what happened earlier must be related to browser cache.
I’m sorry you had to wait on the other tickets but don’t worry we answer all tickets in the queue, some may take more time depending on the issue. Trust me it will not take much time :)

Thank you for contacting us.
1. To activate a burger menu for custom screen width please check.
2. As you may already know page speed depends on many factors and of the main reason is media files. Please make sure all the images are properly optimized and follow the blog post here. You can also check it on pingdom tools for precise info about the page loading time.
3. At the moment we do not have any such plans. You can try using a 3rd party plugin such as CF7.
4. Please elaborate on the issue and we really need to be able to inspect the element to be able to comment on this issue.Thank you for your understanding.

VinayHi,
Please open a new page and add the shortcode in this link https://pastebin.com/raw/H3ZAvh8m
Publish the page to view the elements.
The rotating icon and text you see is an Icon Grid element. To be able to view this in your theme please make sure you are running the latest version of Enfold theme which is 4.5.2
Best regards,
VinayHi,
The form is responsive when viewed on mobile it will display as a one column. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
CSS Snippet:
/* CSS - */ /* Width */ .mfp-iframe-holder .mfp-content { width: 90%; max-width: 1600px; min-height: 90vh; } /* Height */ .mfp-iframe-scaler { min-height: 90vh; }
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
It appears you have multiple version of the themes stored on the server. This will sometimes lead to conflict.
Please back up your site and delete both versions of the theme folder from the server.
Download the latest copy of the theme files from ThemeForest.
Follow this step by step guide to install the Enfold theme again. It should work for you. If you still have an issue please leave the error message to show up so we can troubleshoot this issue. Without seeing the error it is not possible to troubleshoot the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHey yundian,
Please try adding this again at the very end of your themes/child theme’s functions.php and it should work for you. file:
// Remove debug if(!function_exists('avia_debugging_info')){ function avia_debugging_info() { // } } // End function
For more information about adding custom script please check this link.
Best regards,
Vinay -
