As you may already know that sales are fully handled by Envato we only develop the product. If you purchased the item on sale you should get it for a discounted price offered at that time. I’m not sure why Envato would ask you to contact us as we do not have any control over the Envato sales. I’m assuming there was some misunderstanding.

I’m sorry about the issue you are facing with the Social Icons. We have fixed this issue and a theme update is scheduled to be released early next week. Mostly on Monday!
In the meantime please make sure you are using the latest version of the WP that is v5.3.2

You can edit the font size for the submenu items from
Enfold options > Advanced styling > Main menu sublevel links > Font SizeYou may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

If you have the shortcode for the plugin please add it to Enfold > Header > Header Phone Number/Extra Info
If you like to move the widget to the right of the menu please use the CSS code provided in the below example and ignore the FaceBook widget info :)

You can update the theme from WP Dashboard or from an FTP client.
To download the theme:
1. Please, log-in to your ThemeForest account.
2. Click on Settings > Downloads on the top right-hand side.
3. A list of purchased items will appear.

I understand you are not able to get the theme updates as you do not have the proper credentials. If you have Envato username and password please login to Envato to create a personal token and register your theme so you can start receiving the updates with exciting new features :)
If you do not have the Envato credentials please contact Envato support as sales are handled by Envato they are in a better position to help you with your Envato account.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I checked your site and noticed that there is not enough space for the pagination info to be displayed on the mobile device. The best you can do to avoid it looking messy is to hide this info on mobile device.
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
@media(max-width:580px) { span.pagination-meta { display: none; }

We have fixed this issue and an update is scheduled to be released by early next week. Once you update the theme the social icon issue will be fixed. In the meantime please make sure you are using the latest version of WP that is v5.3.2.

I checked your site and was not able to open any pages in the backend. WordPress says that there is an error on your site.
Then I noticed you are using an outdated version of the Enfold theme. Please update your theme via FTP to the latest version.
And register your theme for future updates.

The new version is scheduled to be released on Monday. The custom header is not added in the upcoming release but you can use Enfold Header Widgets to create unique layouts.

This issue is already addressed as a priority and added to the next theme release. We will announce the update in a couple of days in the meantime please update your WP to the latest version 5.3.2 and once we release the theme update go ahead and update the theme to resolve this issue.

1. I checked the backend and frontend and it looks the same all elements are present. If you still have an issue please try to clear the cache and check again.
If you still have an issue let us know exactly what elements you do not see showing up on the frontend?
2. I added 2 images for testing purpose and saved the page it worked fine. Please check the Fullscreen element.
3. The homepage in both the languages is showing the stretch layout.

All of your sites are using an outdated version of the theme. Please download a latest copy of the theme from ThemeForest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes
For more information please check the FTP install guide.
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin like W3 Total Cache or Wordfence is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right-click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.
Once you update the theme to the latest version the issue should be fixed.

I understand your requirements. Do not worry you can use copperplate with Enfold theme.
Please refer to the below link for step by step instructions to upload CopperPlate font as a custom font and use it in Enfold theme options for Headings, Paragraphs and other fonts.

There are a few steps you can try to fix this issue. Some of them are simple changes in the theme options and if that does not work you may need to just copy and paste some Quick CSS into Enfold theme options > General Settings > Quick CSS

I have added the CSS code in Quick CSS area and fixed the menu running into the logo issue. I’m unable to reproduce the other 2 issues it looks fine on my end.

Yes! that is correct. We can hide the theme options tabs using custom CSS in the admin area. Please add the below code to your child theme functions.php

Note: This will completely hide the update options. If you want to hide only the update info and keep the update tab option visible please use the below code
