    Hello,
    I have a problem with enfold aviabuilder. Last week ther was an wp update and after that in the enfold theme, my avia builder is doesn’t loading. Appear only the classic editor. I tried to install earlyer wp, but not solution.
    So newst wp with newest enfold is not working.
    Please help, thanks Anita

    Hey flora1974,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Since I updated my theme, the avia builder is no longer working on one page~

    I’ve tried everything to make this work. It works on the other pages on the site and I’ve tried to create a test page as well copying the existing text.

    Sorry for the problem, I tried loggin into your site but the details are not working, please check and verify.

    Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.

    No, it says all themes are updated. I have tried to log into my account. I’ve tried several times. I’ll have to try again. This is so frustrating as I have an account with Envato.

    You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest/Envato account. If you need help with updating then please provide us with FTP login details as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure why that happened to be honest with you, but all I did was to save the pages in question and they started working after that. I don’t think you should have any problems like this in the future, as long as you update the theme fairly regularly.
