Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
- Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

Since I updated my theme, the avia builder is no longer working on one page~
I’ve tried everything to make this work. It works on the other pages on the site and I’ve tried to create a test page as well copying the existing text.January 9, 2020 at 9:54 am #1171729
Sorry for the problem, I tried loggin into your site but the details are not working, please check and verify.
You could try to enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes, then copy all the content to a new page to see if that works: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

Every time I try to edit a page, it changes everything to code.

Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
After you have updated then try to activate the Classic Editor in the main page of the theme options.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Where do I get the new version from? I don’t want to purchase it again.
Thank you.January 14, 2020 at 10:11 pm #1173680
The new version should be available in your Dashboard or the ThemeForest account. Are you not seeing it there?

No, it says all themes are updated. I have tried to log into my account. I’ve tried several times. I’ll have to try again. This is so frustrating as I have an account with Envato.January 15, 2020 at 10:05 am #1173871
You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest/Envato account. If you need help with updating then please provide us with FTP login details as well, along with a verification that you have backups of the site.

I’ve supplied the ftp info privately.
Here is the link for the backup files for the site:
