VinayFebruary 23, 2019 at 7:24 pm in reply to: Keyboard focus / toggling on the accordion element #1070750Hi,
Thank you for the feedback. We work hard to constantly implement new features that can be widely incorporated. I’m sure Kriesi will add these features but I just don’t have any ETA on this issue for now.
Yes, using plugins is an alternate solution but sometimes it may not have all the features you are looking for. Since you mentioned someone is helping you with this issue we will keep this ticket open for you. In future, if you have any problem related to this issue please feel free to comment below.

VinayFebruary 23, 2019 at 7:19 pm in reply to: Background image of (some) content blocks aren't visible any more after update #1070748Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and sorry for the late reply.
I have tried your shortcode on my local system but the same issue repeats.
However, the background image feature works fine for color sections.
It appears the issue may be a server related issue. The server may have some sort of limitation. May I know what is the reason to host the images on a different server? Will it be possible to copy the images to the same site and upload it? I assure you that this will work properly for you without any issue during the theme updates.
Best regards,
VinayHey precarre,
Thank you for contacting us.
Sorry for the late replay. I tried to achieve this in your approach but there is no easy way to modify the code and add all the functionality. It would take a lot of time and is out of our support scope.
An easier way to set a custom order for your post types is to try using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-post-order/
Let us know if you have more questions :)

VinayHey darrenwise,
You may not see the site function properly if there are some cached files in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

Please change the margin right to 40vw and it should work for you.

Enfold theme is compatible with screen readers. You can also try any of the plugins listed in the WordPress plugin archive.

VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the video.
I checked your site on chrome and sure enough, the same issue happened on my end.
It appears the line height and the height of the menu item is getting messed up for some reason. Please try changing the header height from Enfold options > Header > Header size > Select different height and Disabled the “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance to clear the cache.
Please review the site now :)

VinayHey TheGrinch18,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please try using a white space element to fix the vertical space between the elements as mentioned in the documentation.
Since you mentioned you like to do this on many posts it would be best to enable custom class name support and add a specific CSS class name to all the white space elements and control the height using a negative margin in the CSS.
The below links will be helpful for you :)

VinayHi,

The site is trying to load the CSS file mentioned in the private content area. I hope you did not miss uploading this file? Please make sure all necessary files are loading correctly.

VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the details.
I checked your site and it appears you are using a color section element. Please note that the color section element is a full-width element and it will push the other elements to the bottom of the page to maintain it’s width. This is the intended behaviour.
Please check the documentation for more info.

VinayFebruary 14, 2019 at 4:05 pm in reply to: Add font-display to entypo-fontello and custom fonts #1067018Hi,
Thank you for getting back us.
You can try the WP enqueue method mentioned earlier (Find the links in the previous message). Please note loading the main theme files after child theme styles may lead to FOUC Flash of unstyled content. Please feel free to try it on your installation to know if this works for you.
At the moment there is no other easy way to add this modification to your site. Unfortunately, it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to edit core files to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However, if it’s really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

VinayFebruary 13, 2019 at 5:37 pm in reply to: Add font-display to entypo-fontello and custom fonts #1066557Hi,
Thank you for getting back to us. I’m sorry about the misunderstanding. In my previous message I shared a link to the video which explains the whole process but somehow the was missed. Here it is again :)
1. You need not modify any php file to add the font display property to your theme.
Edit the font name in the below code and paste the below code to the Quick CSS section in Enfold > General Styling
@font-face { font-family: "YOUR FONT NAME"; font-display: swap; }
NOTE: To load the main theme js files from child theme please check this link. There is no easy way to load all the main theme php files from the child theme it’s a WordPress limitation. To get around this you can write custom functions. Since this is going to take a lot of time and customization it is out of our support scope and thank you for your understanding :)
2. We update the theme regularly based on wider acceptance of the features on all modern browsers. You can surely expect this to be included in the future updates but we do not have an ETA on this at the moment.
3. To host google fonts please check this link.
4. For icon fonts you can use the following CSS code
@font-face { font-family: 'entypo-fontello'; font-display: swap; }
You can also check out this working example that demonstrates different fonts applied
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Let us know if you have any questions we are happy to help you.

VinayHi,
I’m unable to view the password protected pages and the credentials do not work for me any more. Make sure the header height is not set to custom pixels instead is set to slim or large.
Try adding the below CSS to your site to move the main container a little down.
.responsive #top #main { padding-top: 30px !important; }
