Hi,
Thank you for sharing the details and sorry for the late reply.
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:

Thank you for sharing the details. Looking at the URL pattern I assure you that this is not a theme related issue but we will surely help you resolve this.
A plugin conflict may be one of the reasons for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to the latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHey sftsengineering,
I checked your site on my android phone and the animated numbers element loads fine on my end. What device and browser are you facing the issue? What exactly are you expecting the above code to do for you?

VinayJanuary 29, 2020 at 7:47 am in reply to: Google Analytics not tracking after Enfold theme update #1179305Hi,
Please verify your script is correctly added to the site head section. There are multiple ways you can add Google Analytics to Enfold theme please have a look at the documentation
Let us know if you have any questions.

VinayHey dondela,
Thank you for contacting us.
Uploading new icons will not overwrite the default icons. I checked your site and I can see all the default icons in the editor. To verify the same you can simply add an icon element to the page and click on it. Icon element options will pop up and there you can select all the default icons along with your newly uploaded icons.
If yous till feel you are missing some icons you can simply delete the icon font set from Enfold > Import/Export > Iconfont Manager and re-upload the ones you like to use :)
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you @guenni007 for your suggestion.
An alternate solution to break the long words so it is not hidden in small screens is to use word-break property.
Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child theme’s style.css file:
@media(max-width:1300px){ .slideshow_caption { width: 100%; } .slideshow_caption .avia-caption-title, .avia-caption .avia-caption-title { word-break: break-all; } }
You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.
Please perform the below steps to clear the browser cache:
1. Disable “merging and compression” for CSS and JS files from Enfold > Performance.
2. If a caching plugin is installed check the plugin settings and clear the cache and deactivate the plugins for testing purpose.
3. Hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”.

Thank you for providing the access. After inspecting your site I found that the column with the background image was set to hide on mobile device. I have set it to display on mobile device and the image is visible on the mobile device now.
Please perform the same step for the other images which are not displayed on the mobile.

1. Please try adding custom top and bottom margin to the columns.
2. To modify the burger menu links please refer to the documentation
#top #wrap_all #header .av-burger-overlay #av-burger-menu-ul li a { font-family: "HelveticaNeue" Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 30px; }
3. The widgets on the footer looks good on my end. If you still have an issue please provide a screenshot or elaborate in detail.
4. Please try the below code. I have added background color for visual indication, you can remove it :)
#socket .sub_menu_socket li, #socket .copyright { background: gold; line-height: 10px; }
Please open new tickets for different issues for faster response and we can keep it related to the main topic :)

VinayHey tonyiatridis,
I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me and I’m unable to inspect the issue. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for writing to us.
Please create a new ticket and share the link to your site where we can inspect the issue.

Whenever the page content is shorter than the page the footer fills in the gap. To avoid this you can simply use a ColorSection element with 100% height and add your content inside it or set background image to the Color section itself.
I have created a private test page please check it out :)
If you like to have a different background image in mobile please check the docs.Let us know if you have any question :)

VinayJanuary 6, 2020 at 4:21 pm in reply to: None of the Google services are working – RECAPTCHA or MAPS #1170750Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
When I checked settings in Google services the Captcha and Maps were disabled. I have enabled the settings and updated the API keys for Captcha and to test the captcha I have created a private test page please check the link in private content area. The captcha works fine.
However, Google maps API key is incorrect I wasn’t able to connect. For testing purpose, I tried your Google maps API key on my testing site to see if I can connect with it but I got the same error on my testing site.
Please delete the Google Maps API key from the Google console and re-create a fresh key and it should work for you :)

VinayHi,
1. The logo in the header looks fine, I believe you are talking about the logo in the post which looks blur and oversized? Please remove the featured image in the post or update it with a different image.
2. Please adjust the header height in Enfold theme options to fixe the gap :)
3. To update the social icon color, please add the below CSS in Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS
#wrap_all .social_bookmarks a:before { color: #FFF !important; }

VinayHey benq75,
Thank you for contacting us.
I checked the pages and couldn’t find anything unusual which is a bit strange for me too but it is possible that one of the plugins is causing a conflict or maybe if you tried to clone the post/page something is breaking the page which is causing the footer to appear in a different way.
I tried to clone the “Soft Washing” page and created a new Private test page and it works fine. Could you try to please rebuild the 2 pages?
We also recommend installing a child theme for custom modifications :)

VinayHey Kathy Zech,
Congratulations in advance for your new site launch!
Is it a custom-coded calendar? In that case, the only solution is to install a plugin like Events calendar on WordPress and add the Calendar data manually.
If it is a WordPress plugin then you can export the Calendar data and install the same plugin on your new site and import the data.
