Where exactly did you not get any response? You have opened two threads on our support forum, this is the first one: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/end-folks/. And the second one is this thread.

Enfold doesn’t support the layout builders you are referring to no, because it comes with its own layout builder. Maybe you could have checked that before buying the theme? Then you wouldn’t have to request refunds and write threads like these.

If you need help with the theme then please try to explain the problem a bit further, as I can’t make any sense of the quote in your initial post.

Thanks for the update. I checked the customer site which you referred to, and it’s running 4.7.6.4, so I’m guessing that it was a typo from the user. I would chalk down Ismaels replies to typos as well, as we haven’t released 4.7.6.5 yet.

The email from Envato was a mistake as far as I know, it was due to a marketing campaign from them as I understood it.

Hey Jak73,

The theme doesn’t have any functionality for setting your site to block indexing of any resources, so we can’t really answer your question. I would suggest that you wait for a bit longer, as search engines can be very slow in indexing content.
