If that doesn’t work then please upgrade the account to have admin rights, we can’t access the theme option otherwise.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for reaching out to us. A regular license is valid for one domain, including sub domains. If your sites are using different domains, then you would need 5 regular licenses.

Thanks for that. I see warnings under Appearance->Widgets as well, I’m not sure what is causing those warnings though. Could you try to disable all plugins to see if that makes any difference please? Sorry for the problem. Do you still have access to Themeforest? If so then you can download the theme files from there. If you don’t have access to a Themeforest account, then you would have to purchase a new license here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
