Hi,
I can’t see your tablet CSS applying at all, could you try a more general media query to see if that helps?
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) { Your tablet CSS goes here }Best regards,
RikardHi,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Make sure that you update the PHP version on the server as well, to 7.2 or higher.

RikardHi David,
It looks to have been added directly to the header, please check header.php to see if you can find it in there.

Thanks for the update. You could try to adjust the container element instead like so:
.page-id-22 #av_section_1 .container { max-width: 1280px; }Let us know if you are ok with those results.

Thanks for the update. Could you try to remove your custom fonts, then upload them again to see if that changes anything please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, please include admin WordPress login details in private as well, so that we can check the backend of your site.

Thanks for the update, but I’m still getting the same error message. Are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? If so then please let us know which countries are allowed to access your site.

RikardHey Aline,
I deactivated maintenance mode, but I can’t see any difference on the front end of your site comparing the two states. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Morcy,
I’m not sure why that would be, but it might only have been some something temporary. Could you keep on testing or using the form, and let us know if you should find any further problems please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, disabling all plugins and switching to the parent theme didn’t change anything. Could you try to completely delete the theme files, then upload a fresh copy to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Stephan,
Thanks for that. Please try following this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you set them to noindex, then they shouldn’t be indexed by search engines. I don’t have any other solutions for you at this time unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If this was a general problem with the theme then all users would have it. That is not the case, you are the only user with this problem as far as I know. If everything works running the previous version of the theme, then I would advise that you keep running that.

RikardDecember 5, 2020 at 12:40 pm in reply to: Problem with setting the size of slider images correctly. #1265165Hi Roland,
Thanks for the update. If you need to adjust the sizes of your images then you have the sizes in the theme options, other than that then it would likely be easier if you adjusted the size before actually uploading them to WordPress.
If you need further help then please try to be a bit more specific as to what you need to change on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey cupupianist,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardDecember 5, 2020 at 12:35 pm in reply to: How do I customize the icons displayed in the Icon List? #1265163Hi,
I’m not sure how to help you to be honest with you, since your screenshot shows the exact modal where you pick the icon. All you have to do is scroll past the content box. If scrolling doesn’t work on your end then you might want to try a different browser. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vAKRbE1Yz-P0kzj_3WELrgyizUu446OR/view?usp=sharing

RikardHi vivienne2020,
I just replied to the thread you started, please continue there.

RikardHey vivienne2020,
Your logo looks fine on my end on mobile, could you post a screenshot of the problem please?
Also let us know which text you would like to target on mobile. Some browser render fonts a bit different, that might account for the difference in size you are seeing.
Best regards,
RikardHi TrevorMF,
Thanks for the update, so everything is working as it should now then? Thanks @guenni007 for helping out as well :-)

Your main menu is showing fine on my end, did you solved that problem?
Theme options; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We can’t provide support for third party plugins unfortunately, so I would advice that you reach out to the developers of that plugin, or look for an alternative.
I’m not sure I understand your second question, but we are developing and maintaining Enfold, so you shouldn’t need to look for another theme.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server. Note that warnings like these will likely not affect any functionality on your site.

RikardHey iicinfo,
If you want to apply box shadow to all text blocks, then please try this in Quick CSS:
.av_textblock_section { box-shadow: 4px 4px 4px 4px #000; }If you only want to apply it to some, then add a class to the element in the Advanced tab, then use CSS like this:
.my-text-block { box-shadow: 4px 4px 4px 4px #000; }Best regards,
Rikard -
