    Hi,
I’m trying to put Woocommerce products in my homepage with the avia products list widget.
In the product short description I added an Avia shortcode to put a button.
In the product page, it is OK my button is showing well. However in the Homepage with the Avia product list widget the button is not showing and I have the shortcode that is showing. I put a screen capture in the private content to show you the problem.

Thank you for your help !
    Regards

    Hi,

Thanks for that, please include admin WordPress login details in private as well, so that we can check the backend of your site.

    Best regards,

    Hi,
Sorry for the very late reply and thanks for the login, please try Allowing shortcodes in product excerpts, I was going to test this for you but I couldn’t access the theme editor to apply the function.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
Thank you for the feedback, I tried to recreate your product list example on my localhost but my product list shows like this:

and not like your page, do you have other customizations to create this view?

    Best regards,
    Mike

Ok but there is no Avia shortcodes in your product short description.
