Hi Maik,

I’m not sure I understand what exactly you need to change on your site, is it the background of the Herzlich wilkommen header which you want to be 100% width? If so then you can do that with a Color Section element instead, set the yellow as its background colour, then add the header inside of the Color Section. If that is not what you are looking to do, then please try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions.

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce this problem on test installation, so it’s likely that the problem is local to your site. What happens if you enable the parent theme for example? If that doesn’t make any difference, then please try disabling all plugins as well.
