    Whenever I try to edit my Home / landing page, the website crashes. The slideshow, which is the hero of the website hasn’t loaded for some weeks now. WordPress is up to date, Enfold has just been updated to the latest. Still no change in website health.

    I can edit other pages which don’t have the slideshow. Please help me to fix this so I may edit the main page on my website?

    WordPress emails me with the following crash report:

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you try disabling all plugins, to see if that changes anything please?

    Hi,
    I have deactivated all plugins. (The term “disable” is associated with disabling auto updates, so I assume you meant to deactivate all plugins).

    I still can’t edit the home page.

    I have sent the login details – are you still unable to take a look?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what is causing this problem, but I’m guessing that you have added some custom code or similar to the start page, since the other pages are editable? Could you try rebuilding the page, to see if that works better?
