    Hi,

    I’m having some problems with the Masonry Element, with the latest version of the Enfold( & Child) Themes, the Masonry grid is full of posts with vimeo links, it was all working fine before, and stopped for unknown reasons.

    On the back end it all looks fine, but none of the elements are visible on the front end, if you manually navigate to the dedicated video pages then some of them load and some do not?

    If someone could open a support ticket or e-mail me so I can send you images that aren’t hosted online and more info that would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I can now access the problem page, but I’m not sure if I can reproduce the problem though, it seems to be loading fine on my end. Please see screenshot in private. If I’m misunderstanding the problem, then please try to explain a bit further, and post a screenshot highlighting it.

    The problem lies with the display of the posts. Some are showing content and others not.

    For instance this post correctly displays: https://slimandfitclasses.com/online-pilates-live-may-13-900-am/

    Whilst this one does not: https://slimandfitclasses.com/seated-seniors-live-march-12-1000-am/

    We’ve tried switching to use Enfold theme but another problem arises.
    At present the site is using a child theme. If you switch to Enfold theme then the Masonry Grid stopped displaying.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the clarification. I see the same problem on my end, and it looks to be a problem with the video you are using. Maybe it’s set to not be allowed to embed it on Vimeo? I’m asking since I tried with another Vimeo video, and that worked without any problem:

    [embed]https://vimeo.com/507304309[/embed]

    Your video does not work with the same embed code though.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply, but the videos work embedded how they are just fine with any other theme … this problem only occurs once we switch back over to Enfold, the videos have full permissions for the domain and render fine on any other theme.

    It works as expected when you select the Standard template in Format, please try that out.

    Hi,

    Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Those formats are not supported by the theme by default, so I’m guessing that was what was causing the problem. Please use the Standard template from now on, as the other formats won’t change anything anyway.

    Yes, that is a bit strange, I don’t have a good answer for that unfortunately. I’m glad that it’s working again though, please let us know here if you should have any further problems with this.
